SHORT RE-TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the execution of AMC to the Computer System & Accessories installed to the various departments of Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

The tenders should superscribed tender for the execution of AMC to the Computer System and Accessories installed and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

P. A. C.—Rs. 66,400

Cost of tender form (Non-refundable) :

Original—Rs. 450. Duplicate—Rs. 225.

Rs. 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if

the tender form has be sent by post.

Last date and time for sale of tender—7-12-2009, 2. p.m.

Last date and time for receipt of tender form—

14-12-2009, 2 p. m.

Date and time for opening of tenders—14-12-2009,

3 p. m.

Date upto which the rates to be firm—31-3-2010.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance. The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postages Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the form be sent per V. P. P.

തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവ. ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകൾ, അനുബന്ധ സാമഗ്രികൾ എന്നിവ സർവ്വീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് എ.എം.സി. എടുക്കുവാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറ ത്തിൽ സീൽചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഉദ്ദേശ വില—രൂപ 66,400 ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (വാറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) :

അസ്സൽ—രൂപ 450. പകർപ്പ്—രൂപ 225.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയ

തിയും സമയവും—7-12-2009, 2 മണി വരെ.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന

തീയതിയും സമയവും—14-12-2009, 2 മണി വരെ.

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും— 1 4 - 1 2 - 2 0 0 9 , 3 മണി.

31-3-2010 വരെ നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാ സിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
