Thiruvananthapuram, 20th November 2009.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (a) of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act, 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby cancel the Certificate of Practice as Notary with Register No. 60/97/TVPM and remove the name of Sri K. Appukuttan Nair, Advocate, T. C. 21/1074, No. 8, Abaya Nagar, Perurkada, Thiruvananthapuram-695 005 from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect on his request.
