The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Physical Efficiency Test held on 26-4-2008 and verification of Original Documents and Practical Test (Driving Test) held on 31-10-2008 for the candidates included in the Short List published on 2-7-2008 for selection to the post of Fireman-Driver-Cum- Pump Operator (Trainee) (Scheduled Tribe only) on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) (Category No. 250/2007) in the Fire and Rescue Services Department. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 2-3-2009.

The Ranked List published in pursuance of this notification shall cease to be in force after a period of one year from the date of finalization of the Ranked List or after one month from the date of commencement of the training in respect of the last batch selected from the list within a period of one year from the date of finalization of the Ranked List whichever is later. Recruitment will be made for the above vacancies and also for the vacancies reported for Special Recruitment from Scheduled Tribes during the pendency of the List.

(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidates in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

All Candidates who have appeared for the Written Test are included in the Short List. A separate list of PH candidates is prepared in consonance with Circular No.21/08 dated 19-8-2008.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are included in the Short List are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No.46/2007/SC/ ST/DD dated 25-8-2007 or G.O. (P) No. 4/2008/SC/ST/DD Dated 3-1-2008 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above as and when called for. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates.

The date, time and place of Interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking of their answer scripts after the publication of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification for this post.

As regards such candidates in the Supplimentary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.

Application for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR ) held on 30-11-2007 and the verification of Original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 22-9-2008 and an Addendum Notification published on 21-1-2009 for the post of Work Superintendent on Rs. 3350-5275 (PR) in Agriculture Department in Thrissur District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 13-10-2006 as Category Number 95/2006 . The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 3-3-2009. The Ranked List will be inforce till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But re-checking of marks will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Visitors Building, II Floor, M. G. Road, Thrissur should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the PSC. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Entries put in column (4) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

All candidates admitted under List-I and who have written the OMR Test held on 30-11-2007 have been included in the Main List of List-I and candidates who have secured 60 Marks and above in the OMR Test held on 30-11-2007 and who have appeared with necessary788 KERALA GAZETTE [PART IB documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the Main List of List-II of the Ranked List. Inclusion of Register Number in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

(3) Candidates whose register numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, ie, qualification, date of birth, community and other benefits, if any to which they are entitled to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Thrissur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification. The register numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the Prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice.

The candidates who have secured 58 (Fiftyeight) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes, included in the Short List who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 46/2007/ SCSTDD dated 25-8-2007 or G. O. (P) No. 117/2008/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community and will be considered as open competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.

The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

Applications of rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the short list are advised to refer to notification which will be published shortly for the register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Short List should submit the application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose register numbers are included in the Short List may also apply for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

Valid applications for re-checking addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, M. G. Road, Thrissur-4 should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which Ranked List is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന തിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

Ranked List No. 51/2009/DOC. 12th February 2009.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 15-12-2007 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 3-10-2008 for the post of Wireman (Category No. 76/2007) on Rs. 4510-7480 in Jail Department, Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 12-3-2007, arranged in the order of merit.

This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f 12-2-2009.

The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be re- checked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account '0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination fee.' The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

Entries put in Column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, K.P.S.C., District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

Note:—The candidates who have secured 67 (Sixty seven) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 15-12-2007 are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. 2009 ഏപ്രിൽ 4. 15-9-2007-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിൽ ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പിൽ 6680-10790 രൂപ ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ ജൂനിയർ പബ്ലിക് ഹെൽത്ത് നഴ്സ് ഗ്രേഡ്-II (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 301/2007) തസ്തികയിലേക്കുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടു പ്പിനായി 7-6-2008-ാം തീയതിയിൽ നടത്തിയ ഒബ്ജക്ടീവ് (ഒ. എം. ആർ. മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം) മാതൃകയിലുള്ള പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാൻ സോപാധികമായി അർഹരാണെന്ന് ക≠ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്ക് മുൻപിൽ 'C' കൂടി ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(3) കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷയിൽ ഹാജരായ മുഴുവൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി കൊ≠ാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.

(4) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കു ന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

(5) ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിലെ മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ 25-8-2007-ലെ 46/2007/എസ്. സി/എസ്. റ്റി. ഡി. ഡി. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 19-12-2008-ലെ 117/2008/ എസ്. സി./എസ്.റ്റി.ഡി.ഡി. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ് (നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ കാലാവധി ഒരു വർഷമായി പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്). നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ചവരുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത 'ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ' ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(6) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയ ാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഹാജരാ കേ≠താണ്.

(7) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തര കടലാസ്സ് പുനxപരിശോധന റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ അനുവദി ക്കുകയുള്ളു.

(8) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധന ഇതോടൊപ്പം കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള സമയ വിവരപട്ടിക പ്രകാരമുള്ള സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും വച്ച് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

(9) 5-3-2009-ലെ ER II (3) 4021/JPHN GR.II/08/EW വി⁄ാപന പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ അസാധുവാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് പരിഗണിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
