Department of Indigenous Medicine TENDER NOTICE

No. A2/ 1774/2009 /ACK.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of " Machineries and Equipments " to Government Ayurveda College , Kannur , Pariyaram for the financial year 2009-10 .
Tenders should be superscribed as ""Tender for the supply of Machineries and Equipments " and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur , Pariyaram . Last date of receipt of sealed tenders to this office is 18-12-2009 at 3 p . m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m . on 18-12-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 + 12.5 % VAT. Total Rs . 450. Postal charge Rs . 50 should be added if the forms needed by post. The price fixed for a form/set of forms is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be started at 10 a.m. on 1-12-2009 and will be closed at 3p.m. on 16-12-2009 . Demand Draft , Cheques , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent per VPP. Duplicate tender form if requested will be issued at Rs . 200+ 12.5% VAT. Total Rs . 225. Postal charge Rs . 50 should be added if the forms needed by post . Further details can be had from the College Office during the office time .
കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ രസശാസ്ത്ര , ആൻറ് ഭൈഷജ്യകൽപ്പന ഡിപ്പാർട്ടു മെൻറിലേക്ക 2009-10 വർഷത്തേക്ക് യന്ത്രങ്ങളും ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് , കണ്ണൂർ , പരിയാരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടത് . ദർഘാസ്കവറിന് പുറത്ത് യന്ത്രങ്ങളുടെയും ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളുടെയും ദർഘാസ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കണം . 18-12-2009 -ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ് ദർഘാസുകൾ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് വാങ്ങിയവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-12-2009 -ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് 400 ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില രൂപ + 12.5 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി , 450 രൂപ . ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ അധികമായി മണിയോർഡർ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില നിശ്ചിതവും ഒരിക്കലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകാത്തതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് മറെറാരാളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പനവ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ 1-12-2009 രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതും 16-12-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തുമാണ് . ചെക്ക്, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫോമുകൾ 225 രൂപയ്ക്കു (200 + 12.5 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി ആകെ 225 രൂപ) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
