of The cost of tender form will be accepted only by Cash or Money Order . The tender should be superscribed with tender number and date and addressed to the Director Training, Industrial Training Department , Thycaud , Thiruvananthapuram- 14 . Late tenders will notbe accepted . One percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Validity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders , otherwise will be rejected .
Tenders in original should be accompanied withwith preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered . Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala, if requiredby remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees Seventyfive only) separately by Money Order (Rs . 25 is intended to cover postage and incidental expenses) . Tender forms are not transferable .
വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പിൻറെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കൊല്ലം വനിത ഐ . ടി . ഐ . സ്ക്കിൽ അപ്ഗ്രഡേഷൻെറ ഭാഗമായി ആആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ട്രേഡുകളിലേക്ക് പരിശീലനത്തിനാവശ്യമായ യമ പകരണങ്ങൾ, ഫർണിച്ചർ മുതലായവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡറായിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ദർഘാസ" നമ്പർ, തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ , വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ് , തൈക്കാട് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം - 14 ' എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ്യകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് ( പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം വിലയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് (പ്രാബല്യത്തിലുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള ത്തിനുപുറത്തുളള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ (എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ( മണിയോർഡർ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു ) .. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് .
