Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode directly on payment of tender cost on or before 10-12-2009 or by registered post on or before 30-11-2009 , 3.30 p.m. producing Money Order taken in favour of Principal , Medical College, Kozhikode for tender cost +Rs . 40. Tenders should be superscribed with tender No. and addressed to the Principal , Medical College, Kozhikode . Tenders should be submitted on or before 10-12-2009 , 11 a.m. Belated tenders will not be accepted. Each tenders hould be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for. The tender will be opened on 10-12-2009 , 11.30 a. m . in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives .
Rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees only against payment . The tenders without the agreement and sufficient Earnest Money Deposit and the tenders that do not satisfy the conditions are liable tobe rejected without any notice .
