ആവശ്യമായ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ബാർട്ടൺഹിൽ ഗവൺമെൻറ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് സാധന സാമഗ്രികൾ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കായ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു വിശദമായ പട്ടിക ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ നമ്പർ പി2 / 2873 /2009 /ജി ഇ സി തീയതി ஐவ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ 6ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 14-12-2009-ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്ക്ക്ക് മുൻപ് സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . •താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന 38ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-12-2009 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 15-12-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
രൂപ ദർഘാസുകൾ . ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 451 (രൂപ 400 + VAT + 50 Cess 1 ) വില നൽകി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് . 14-12-2009 , 2 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് പോസ്റേജ് സ്‌ററാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . വി .പി.പി , ആയി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ഒരു പ്രതിക്ക് 50 രൂപ കൂടി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

Tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. D1 / 151 /2009-10 for the supply of equipments for of equip Mechanical Engineering Departments " and addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur , Kerala . The last date for the receipt of the tender is 18-12-2009, 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 19-12-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms from the Principal , Governmeat Engineering College , Thrissur on cash remittance
