NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 17th November 2009.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 (a) of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby cancel the Certificate of Practice as Notary with Register No. 62/97/EKM and remove the name of Sri V. J. Mathew, Advocate, No. 80, Valamparambil Veedu, Jawahar Nagar, Kadavanthra, Kochi, Ernakulam District-682 020 from the Register of Notaries on his request.
