(P) No. 117/2008/ SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above or as and when called for. Those who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefits of Community reservation and their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

The Practical Test of candidates included in the List will be held at KPSC Regional Office, Kollam. The date and time of Practical Test will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 7-6-2008 for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Gr. II on Rs. 6680-10790 in the Health Services Department (Category No. 301/2007) in Ernakulam District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 15-9-2007 with Category Number 301/2007. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 4-6-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാ ധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർനമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് ചുരുക്ക പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കു ന്നതല്ല.

(3) കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷയിൽ ഹാജരായ മുഴുവൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊ ≠ാണ് ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.

(4) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ഓരോ കാറ്റഗറിയിലും ബാഡ്ജോടുകൂടിയ 3 വർഷത്തെ സാധുവായ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ്, സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസിൽ ഉള്ളവർ, എന്നിവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും പ്രയോഗിക പരിക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ പരിശോധനാസമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയും പ്രയോഗിക പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(5) പ്രയോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നാലെ അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രയോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

(6) പ്രയോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ശാരീരിക യോഗ്യത കളുടെ പൂർണ്ണവിവരങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള അസ്സൽ മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസിൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് സർജന്റെ റാങ്കിൽ കുറയാതെയുള്ള ഒരു മെഡിക്കൽ ആഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ഫോറം പ്രയോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള മെമ്മോയോടൊപ്പം അയച്ചു തരുന്നതാണ്.

(7) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
