സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 2002 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ഹാർഡ്വെയർ മെയിന്റനൻസ് ഡ ി േ π ാ മ പ ര ീ ക്ഷ യ ി ൽ േ ച ർത്ത ല സ ർ ക്ക ാ ർ പോളിടെക്നിക്കിൽ നിന്നും 997835 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസ്സായ ശ്രീമാൻ അജിത്, എം. എന്ന ആൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു.
ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുത്തരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Construction of bus body on Ashok Leyland Cheetah model chassis of Government Engineering College, Painavu, Idukki. Date and time of receipt of tender —31-12-2009, 1 p.m.
Date and time of opening of tender—31-12-2009, 2 p.m.
Cost of tender form Rs.1,000 +VAT and Rs.500 + VAT by cash for original and duplicate respectably (Rs.1,250 and Rs. 650 by post). Belated tenderes will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of such Tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Cheque, Drafts, Postal Orders are not acceptable. Further details can be had from the Office.
The tender forms which are not accompanied by the agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs.50 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total cost of the items offered will be rejected. Outside firms, who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs. 50 along with cost of tender form. The Tender Forms can be obtained from the undersigned up to 11 a.m. on 31-12-2009 by cash and by money order up to 3 p.m. on 22-12-2009.
ഇടുക്കി പൈനാവ് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്ന ബസ്സിന്റെ ബോഡി നിർമ്മിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതിലേക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, ദർഘാസിന്റെ പേര്, ദർഘാസിന്റെ അവസാന തീയതി എന്നിവയോടുകൂടി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ്, പൈനാവ്, ഇടുക്കി, പിൻ-685 603 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില 1,000 രൂപ +വാറ്റും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് 500 രൂപ + വാറ്റുമായിരിക്കും. തപാൽ വഴി ലഭിക്കാൻ യഥാക്രമം 1,250 രൂപയും 650 രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. അപൂർണ്ണവും വൈകിക്കിട്ടിയതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടേയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ ഒരുശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉടമ്പടിയും ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് വിലയ്ക്കു പുറമെ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രവിലയായ 50 രൂപ കൂടി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 31-12-2009 പകൽ 11 മണി വരെ നേരിട്ടും 22-12-2009 പകൽ 3 മണി വരെ മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചാൽ തപാൽ വഴിയും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
