under Whereas the Government have directed the survey of lands comprised in Survey Number noted below it is hereby notified sub- section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 , that the survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey numbers noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every persons claiming to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned lands are hereby invited to attend immediately either in persons or by agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.

(സി ) അനുയോജ്യമായ സർവ്വെ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നൽകണമെന്നും മറുപ്രകാരത്തി ൽ പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടോ അതുപ്രകാരം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളോ അനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടേക്കാവുന്ന 500 6013 Co സർവ്വെയർക്ക് നൽകണമെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു .
The President of India has in Notification No. 12011 /32/ 13/84/ LRD dated te 19th January, 1985 published as S.O. 33 ( E) in Part II, Section 3 , sub -section ( ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary No. 28 Gated the 19th Jannary , 1985 entrusted the Government of Kerala with their consent the powers to acquire land for the use of the Central Government in the State and it appears to the State Government that the land mentioned in the schedule above is needed for a public purpose viz . for the doubling of Railway line from Mulanthuruthy
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ( എ) മുതൽ ( സി ) വരെയുള്ള ഖണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരമുളള ഈ അഭ്യർത്ഥനകൾ അനുസരിക്ക ആരെങ്കിലും വീഴ്‌ചവരുത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരെക്കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നതും ന്നതിൽ ജോലി ആയതിൻറ് ചെലവ് ടി ലം അതുപ്രകാരമുണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളിലും വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുപോലെ വീഴചവരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വരിൽ നിന്നും വസൂലാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.് to Kuruppanthara in Kottayam District . The notification is intended for the above purpose .

താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജുകളിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവെനമ്പരുകളിൽ പ്പെടുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ സർവ്വെ നടത്തണമെന്ന് ഗവൺമെൻറ് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജു കളിലെ സർവ്വെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വേഗംതന്നെ ആരംഭി ക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജുകളിലെ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പറുകൾ അതിർത്തി തിരിച്ച് സർവ്വെ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നുംണെന്നും 1961 - ലെ കേരളസർവ്വയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6 ( 1 )De വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു .

ആകെ 94.49 வ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉളളിലോ അതിനോട് പോന്നോ സ‌ിത ചെയ്യുന്ന രജിസ്‌റാർ ഭൂമികളിൽ അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്ന எனவே ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏതൊരാഭ്യയും നേരിട്ടോ ഏജൻറ് മുഖേനയോ സ്‌ഥലത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവ്വെയറുടെ അടുത്ത് ഹാനാക്കുന്നതിനും അതിരുകൾ കാണിച്ചുകൊടു ക്കുന്നതിനും അതിനോട ബൗ‌ധപ്പെട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടി അരുത് പ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടി ഇതിനാൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.

ഇൻഡ്യയുടെ രാഷ്ട്ര പതി 1985 ജനുവരി 19-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 28-ാം നമ്പർ ഇൻഡ്യാ അസാധാരണ ഗസററിൽ 2 -ാം ഭാഗത്ത് 3-ാം ിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ( 2)-ാം ഉപവിഭാഗത്തിൽ എസ്" . ഒ . 33 ( ഇ ) എന്ന നമ്പരായി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച 1985 ജനുവരി 19-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 12011/32/13/84 , 3 , സംസ്‌ഥാനത്ത വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം നമ്പർ 0 (13 സർക്കാരിൻറെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി ഭൂമി വിലയ്ക്കെടു ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം സർക്കാരിനെ അവരുടെ സമ്മതത്തോടുകൂടി ഭരമേൽപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുളളതും മുകളിൽ പട്ടികയിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു പൊതു കാര്യത്തിന് കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിൽ മുളന്തുരുത്തിക്കും കുറുപ്പന്തറയ്ക്കും ഇടയിൽ പാത ഇരട്ടിപ്പിക്കലിനു വേണ്ടി ഭൂമി ഏറൊടുക്കുവാൻ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതുമാകുന്നു .
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ആവശ്യം നിറവോറുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുളളതാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം .
