The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. 11 /2009-10 Supply of items for Surveillance Work of Avian Influenza, BSE , etc. " and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode , Pacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram District , Kerala , Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 30-12-2009 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opened at 11.30 a.m. on 31-12-2009 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Estimated Cost will be Rs. 1,50,000 .
