TENDER NOTICE
[7/2009-10 ( UGC -XI Plan) ]
No. A2- UGC/ XI Plan/ 08 (C ) . 13th November 2009 .
to Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of LCD Projector & Scanner PTM College , Perinthalmanna for Rs . 1,13,000 (Rupees One Lakh Thirteen Thousand only ) under the UGC - XI Plan- Colleges in Backward arcas . The tenders should be superscribed as " Supply of LCD Projector and Scanner under UGG - XI Plan Colleges in Backward areas " and addressed Principal , P. Т. М. Government College, Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin-679 322, Kerala State . The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 22-12-2009 at 2 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 21-12-2009 at 2 p.m. Late renders will not be accepted . to the Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , P. T. M. Government College , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin - 679 322, Kerala State , obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 400 towards cost of form plus Rs.50 towards VAT, which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refund ble under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques,Postal Orders , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V.P.P. Those who are required tender forms by registered post should sent Rs . 482 by M.Ο. including cost of tender form and registered postal charges.
Every tender should be completely filled , signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1 % of total cost of equipments to be quoted . Short Term Fixed Deposit Receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D. carry no interest . The rate , VAT and other charges shouldbe quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt ofthe supply order at their own expenses . The prices shouldbe valid upto 31-3-2010 . The firms who are excripted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with the tender documents . Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender .
The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice . The cash transactions in the office is at 10 a . m. to 2 p . m on all working days .

XI Plan Colloges inBackward areas ( LCD Projector & Scanner വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള എന്നെഴുതി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , പി ടി എം , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ , zeൽമണ്ണ , മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല , പിൻ 679 322 , കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം "ംംസ്‌ഥാനം " എന്ന വിലാസത്ത താണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 22-12-2009 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക ശേഷം 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് " . 6:36 সেট ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 21-12-2009 -ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട ടെണ്ടറിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ഉദേശിക്കുന്നവർ " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , പി . ടി . എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , 1-679 പരിമണ്ണ്, മലപ്പുറംപിൻ 679 322 കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം " അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽഅപേക ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയുടെ കൂടെ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വാറ്റ് 50 രൂപയും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആകെ 450 രൂപ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ , വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഹോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി പക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ അടയ ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഓർഡർ , (ഡാഫ്ററ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതോ അല്ല ടെണ്ടറുകൾ രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിന് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയും രജിസ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 482 ( നാന്നൂറ്റി എൺപത്തി രണ്ട് ) രൂപ മാത്രം മണിഓർഡർ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും ഒപ്പിട്ടതുമായ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഒരു ശതമാനം തുകയ്ക്കുളള دومدرسهو നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെണ്ടറിൻറെകൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ഡെപ്പോ.സിറാ താണ് . ഷോർട്ട് ടേം/ ഫിക്‌സഡ് ഡെപ്പോ രസീതുകൾ മുതലായവ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഉപകരണത്തിൻറെയും വിലയും ബാറാം , ചെലവുകൾ എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം കാണിക്കേണ്ടതോണ " . വിതരണ ഉത്തരവുകിട്ടി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ വില നിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2010 വരെ (പ്രാബല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് ടെജിന്റെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ഓരോ ടെണ്ടറിന്റെ കൂടെയും 50 രൂപ വിലയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാൻ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ടെണ്ടർ നടപടികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ റദ്‌ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ 222 അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഓഫീസിലെ പണമിടപാട് സമയം പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു .
