Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Mild Steel items to I. T : I. , Kannur for various trades .
Estimate Cost Rs . 1,03,720 .
Cost of tender form :
Original-Rs . 100 + 12.5 % Tax . Duplicate -Rs . 200+ 12.5 % Tax .
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 26-12-2009 , 3 p.m.
Last dare and time of receipt of sealed tenders-28-12-2009, 5 p.m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 29-12-2009 , 11 a.m.
to The cost of tender forms will be accepted only by cash or money order . Sealed tenders should be superscribed with tender number , date and addressed "The Principal , I.T. I. , Kannur, Thottada, Kannur -7 , Kerala State " . Late tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Moncy Deposit . Tender in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp will not Paper worth Rs. 50 , otherwise the tender be considered. Validity period of price quoted should be three months from the date of epening of tenders , otherwise tenders will be rejected . Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala, if required by remitting Rs . 75 separately by money order. Tender forms are not transferable .

ഒറിജിനൽ --രൂപ 400 + 12.5 % നികുത ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോറ്രൂപ 200+ 12.5 % നികുതി .
വിൽപ്പനയുടെ അവന തീയതിയും സമയവും 26-12-2009 , 3 മണി ,
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 28-12-2009 , 5 മണി .

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ താമസിച്ച് ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഐ . ടി . ഐ . , തോട്ടം , കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ല , കേരളം -670 007 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ് ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ3 പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അമ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയ്ക്കുളള கோழ സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്" . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ട ៣. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ മണി ഓർഡർ കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ ( എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) (പ്രത്യേകം അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണം 58000 ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് എസ് . എസ് . ഐ . രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക വിലയുടെ 25 % മാത്രം നൽകിയാൽ മതിയാകും .
