TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are linvited for the supply of Cash Chests (25 Nos . ) Keralt . LO various Jails of The tender should be superscribed with the number and name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police ( Prisons ) , Prisons Headquarters , Poojappura , puram-12 . Thiruvanantha- PAC- Rs . 10,00,000 .
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E. M. D. will be at 12 noon on 22-12-2009 and will be opened at 3 p . m . on the same or their day in the presence of such tenderers authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Late tenders will not be accepted . The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2010 .
Tender forms may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) on working days during office hours .
Application for tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed below.
Cost of tender form :
Original Rs . 1,500+ VAT ( 12.5 % ) .
Duplicate-Rs . 750+ VAT ( 12.5 % ) .
The cost of tender forms will not be refunded under any circumstances . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p . m . on 21-12-2009 .
Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Further details are available from Prisons Headquarters during office hours .
കേരളത്തിലെ ജയിൽ സ്ഥ‌ാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ക്യാഷ് ചെസ്റാ" ( 25 എണ്ണം ) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുഭം ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിൻറ (ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്‌ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( പിസൺസ് ) , ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യലേയം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -12 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
അടങ്കൽ തുക രൂപ 10,00,000 .
ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 22-12-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെ‌റുകൾ 22-12-2009 -ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . അവരുടെ
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊര്യ കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ടെണ്ടർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ ത്തിലുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .

അസ്സൽ രൂപ 1,500 + 12.5 % വാറ് പകർപ്പ്രൂപ 750 + 12.5 % വാറ് .
നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ദർഘാസ" ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്നു വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മ 5.1 ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന100m 21-12-2003-00 4 മണിക്ക അവസാനിക്കുന്ന താണ് .
