Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab equipments in Department of Physics of Maharaja's College, Ernakulam during 2009-10 under DST-FIST Programme.

CONDITIONS

1. The supply of seeds should be completed before 14-1-2010. Supply of Polythene covers should be completed before 14-1-2010.

2. The receipt should be obtained from Range Officer, Social Forestry Unit, Alappuzha after the completion of the supply of Polythene Covers/Good quality seeds as per agreement.

3. If the supply is not completed within the dates specified in item No.(1) above, the tender will be cancelled and action taken to purchase the items at the risk and loss of the original bidder.

4. The demand draft towards EMD should be pledged in the name of the Assistant. Conservator of Forests, Social Forestry Division, Alappuzha payable at State Bank of India, Civil Station Branch, Alappuzha and should be accompanied along with the filled up tender forms.

5. SSI units are exempted from remitting EMD, such units should produce necessary eligibility certificates obtained from the Manager, District Industries Centre concerned.

6. The quantities mentioned in the Schedules I and II are only approximate and may vary.

7. Rate to be quoted for supplying polythene bags/ Good quality seeds should include transporting charge.

8. 2 polythene covers should be produced along with the tender application as samples.

12. The tenderer is liable to follow Kerala Store Purchase Rules.

13. All the conditions stipulated as per Kerala Forest Code and Kerala Store Purchase manual is applicable for this tender also.

9. അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരൻ നിരതദ്രവ്യ തുകയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ ര≠ര ശതമാനം (2.5%) തുക കൂടി സെക്യൂരിറ്റിവച്ച് ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതായി അറിയിക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഏഴ് (7) ദിവസത്തിനകം കരാറിലേർപ്പെടേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 4-1-2010-ന് പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ ആലപ്പുഴ സോഷ്യൽ ഫോറസ്ട്രി ഡിവിഷൻ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്ററുടെ ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

1. പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ കോട്ടയം സോഷ്യൽ ഫോറസ്ട്രി യൂണിറ്റ് റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസറെ ഏൽപ്പിച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്.

2. കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയ തീയതി മുതൽ ആവശ്യാനുസ രണം കവർ സπൈ ചെയ്യേ≠തും 30-1-2010-നകം സπൈ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

3. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നി›ിത അളവിൽ സπൈ പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം ടി ദർഘാസ് റദ്ദാക്കിയതായി കണക്കാ ക്കുകയും ടിയാന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ വീ≠ും പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

5. എസ്. എസ്. എെ. യൂണിറ്റുകൾ നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേ≠തില്ല. ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായകേന്ദ്രം മാനേജരുടെ ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള യോഗ്യതാ സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. ഏകദേശം ക്വാ≠ിറ്റി മാത്രമാണ് കണക്കാക്കി യിട്ടുള്ളത്.

7. പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾക്ക് കിലോഗ്രം അടിസ്ഥാനത്തി ലുള്ള വില, ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ടിംഗ് ചാർ÷്, മറ്റ് നിലവി ലുള്ള നികുതികൾ എന്നിവ ചേർന്നുള്ള നിരക്ക് തുകയും ആയിരിക്കണം ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്.

8. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സാമ്പിളായി ര≠് പോളി ത്തീൻ കവർ കൂടി വച്ചിരിക്കണം.

The tenders has to submit 10 years maintenance and warranty of the work and also submit a certificate in due course stating that the quanlity of the8 materials used in the work is as per the norms issued by the Director General of Supplies & Disposals in order to ensure the quality of items used in the work.
