It is hereby notifid that the following modification is made in the Ranked List No. 479/05/SSIII dated 29-12-2005 for selection to the post of HSA (English) on Rs. 4600-7125(PR) in Education Department, Kasargod District.

This is in compliance with the judgement of the Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in WP (C) No. 21300/05 dated 13-7-2006 and subject to the result of review petition filed by the Commission pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The entries in the Main List upto Rank 89 remain unchanged. Rank from 90 to 98 in the main list is cancelled along with all the supplementary lists and their ranks have been re-assigned. The names of the candidates interviewed on 24-9-2008 to 27-9-2008, found suitable by the Commission have also been included in this addendum notification.

The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 67 (Sixty seven) marks and above have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked, if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee".

Application for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed from available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Entries put in column (4) community are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

3. സ്വന്തം ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് മാത്രമേ നൽകു കയുള്ളു.

4. ഒരു തവണ മാത്രമേ കോപ്പി നൽകുകയുള്ളു.

5. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ സെറോക്സ് കോപ്പി Registered Post-ൽ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

6. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ A, B ഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ കോപ്പികൾ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേ≠തി നാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വികലാംഗരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെ അസ്സൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന അർഹതാ നിർണ്ണ യത്തിനുള്ള ഇന്റർവ്യൂ എന്നിവയുടെ സമയവും തീയതിയും സ്ഥലവും പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിലേക്ക് വ്യ‡ിഗത കത്ത് അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്. സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ വി⁄ാപനംകൂടി വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുൻപ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുന:പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ, റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സുകൾ പുന:പരിശോധി ക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപന ത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 13-4-2008, 28-4-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List (Combined List for Category No. 72/06-V.E.O. Gr.-II and Category No. 73/06-L.V. E. O. Gr.-II) published on 12-2-2009 for the Post of Village Extension Officer Gr.-II on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in Rural Development Department in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 11-9-2006 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 18-6-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from Gaz. No.50/2009/DTP. (Part IB)

As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC- 99 Examination Fee". application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially realeased by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photo copy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photo copied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

The candidates, who are willing to obtain the Photo Copies of their OMR Answer `Scripts should remit prescribed fee of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Accounts "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99 Other Receipts". The application for obtaining Photo copy of OMR Answer Scripts should be in the prescribed form as published along with this notification and should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

കുറിപ്പ്.—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാ ക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(3) കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷയിൽ 38 (മുപ്പത്തിഎട്ട്-ം) അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് നേടിയ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയും ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടിക കളും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് ഈ സംയോജിത ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

(4) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരി ക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ-അതായത് ഈ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് ഗസറ്റിൽ നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതയടക്കമുള്ള യോഗ്യ തകൾ (നിലവിലുള്ള ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസും മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ പരിചയവുമടക്കം) ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, വിമു‡ ഭട∑ാർക്കുള്ള ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ മുതലായവ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന തിനും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനും ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാ കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(5) പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ കമ്മീഷൻ നി›യിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

(6) പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ശാരീരിക യോഗ്യതകളുടെ പൂർണ്ണ വിവരങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ കൊടുത്തിരി ക്കുന്ന നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള അസ്സൽ മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസിൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് സർജന്റെ റാങ്കിൽ കുറയാ തെയുള്ള ഒരു മെഡിക്കൽ ആഫീസറിൽനിന്നും വാങ്ങി ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ഫോറം പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള മെമ്മോയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(7) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

DEPARTMENTAL EXAMINATION FOR FIRST GRADE SURVEYOR'S AND

HEAD SURVEYOR'S TEST NOVEMBER 2009

1. Applications are invited for the Departmental Test for the I Grade Surveyor's and Head Surveyor's introduced in G. O. (Ms.) 521/66/RD dated 22-9-1966 as amended by G. O.(Rt.) 632/81/RD dated 10-6-1981.

2. The examination will be conducted at four centres viz., Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Thrissur and Kozhikode according to the syllabus mentioned to Annexure I. The Practical Test under Part A of the First Grade Surveyor's Test will normally be conducted at 6 centres viz., Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode and Kannur. If sufficient number of candidates for practical test are not available at a Centre, candidates who have selected that exam. centre will be called for the test at any other centre.

3. The exact date and place of the examination will be notified in due course.

4. The test consist of two parts with four papers as shown below:

PART A

First Grade Surveyor's Test—3 Papers—Two Written Tests and One Practical Test.

PART B

Head Surveyor's Test—One paper (Written Test)

5. Candidates should get a separate minimum of 40% of the marks in each paper to secure a pass.

6. (a) The fee prescribed for the test is Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty) per paper vide G. O. (P) No. 5/2009/P& ARD dated 11-6-2009.

(b) The prescribed fee must be paid into a Government Treasury under the Head of Account "0051 - PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee" and the chalan in original should be attached to the application. Triplicate chalan receipts or interim receipts of certificates of remittance will not be accepted. In the case of candidates residing outside the state, crossed postal orders (payable to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4) will also be accepted.

(c) The fee paid by a candidate will not be refunded or adjusted towards a future examination on any account. Candidates are therefore advised to satisfy themselves, that the applications are in the form prescribed and particulars required are given correctly.

7. Where the test is prescribed as part of the Probation or training of an officer (whether recruited direct or by transfer) or for the purpose of making him eligible for increment or for conformation in any post for promotion to higher post or where it is prescribed as a qualification necessary for an officer to continue his post without penalty and where it has been newly imposed on persons already in the Service concerned, no fee will be levied. This concession will however, be limited to one chance for the test, irrespective of the number of papers or Parts of the test applied for and from the second chance onwards fee will be levied subject to the following provisions.

(i) "For the above purpose the mere fact of having applied for a test will be taken to mean that the candidate has appeared for the test".

NB.—Govt. have clarified in G.O (Ms.) 166/76/PD dated 4-6-1976 that for purpose of the concessions allowed in the G. O. (Ms.) No. 336/68/P dated 6-11-1968. [As clarified in G. O. (Ms.) No. 29/75/PD dated 6-2-1975 and G. O. (Ms.) No. 26/76/PD dated 25-1-1976]. Higher post means not only the immediate higher post, but any higher post coming in the line of promotion in the department concerned.

(ii) Candidates should see that a Certificate from the Head of Department or Office to the effect that the entries in the application form are correct and where no fee is paid that the candidate is eligible for exemption from payment of fee is furnished in the application form.

8. Applications should be made in the form prescribed as shown in Annexure II. The certificate at the foot of the form should be signed by the Head of the Office or Department in which the candidate is serving. Applications which are not in the prescribed form and which are defective in respect will summarily be rejected.

9. Application should be sent by post and should reach the Joint Secretary, (Departmental Test), Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace, Thiruvananthapuram - 4 not later than 20-1-2010. In the case of candidate from Lakshadweep Island, the last date of receipt of applications will be up to 5 p. m. on 3-2-2010. Applications addressed to the Chairman or Members of the Commission or to the Secretary by name will not be accepted. Every application should be sent in separate cover with the superscriptions. 'Applications for First Grade Surveyor's Test or Head Surveyor's Test November 2009'. The name and address of the candidate should be stated at the bottom left hand corner of the cover.

10. Any candidate who does not behave properly towards the Chief Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents of the Examination or is found to have had recourse to mal practice of any kind will have his examination invalidated. He will also be liable to be debarred from appearing for any of the examination conducted by the Public Service Commission for such period as the Commission may decide. Besides the matter will be reported to the Head of the Department and Director, Vigilance Department for further action. The same penalty will be imposed on any candidate who attempts to canvass or to bring influence to bear on an examiner or member of the Commission or their staff in connection with the examination or on whose behalf such attempts is made by any other person.

11. The question papers which can be answered by reference to books in the examination hall have been indicated in the syllabus with the words "with book" within brackets. In such cases candidates will be permitted to bring only the Text Books prescribed for the respective papers. The use of the books containing notes or commentaries and guides, digests, summaries etc. will not be allowed in the examination hall.

12. Any communication with the Commission should be addressed only to the Joint Secretary, Departmental Test, Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace, Thiruvananthapuram-4 and should be accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope if a reply is sought from the Commission in the matter.

13. Applications with the following defects will be summarily rejected.

(a) Application not having any proof for remittance of prescribed fee.

(b) Photograph of the applicant not affixed on the Application/Admission Ticket.

(c) Photograph not clear/ Stamp Size Photograph.

(d) Photograph not attested by Head of Office/Department.

(e) Designation seal not affixed on the Photograph.

(f) Name of the attesting authority not mentioned .

(g) Subject specifications in the application not clear.

(h) Designation and Official address of the applicant not specified.

(i) Office Seal of the attesting authority not affixed.

(j) Certificate Portion both in the Admission Ticket and in the Application not attested.

(k) Applicant claimed for free chance but not duly certified by the Head of Office concerned.

(l) Applicant not eligible for exemption from remitting exam fee, but applied for free chance.

(m) Applicants already availed free chance and apply for free chance again for a part of the test.

(n) Application with insufficient fee.

(o) Applications not signed by the candidate.

(p) Applications received after the last date fixed for the receipt of applications.

(q) Applications not in the prescribed form.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. The examination will be held in accordance with the time-table, which will be published in Part IB of the Kerala Gazette. [The time-table will also be available for reference in the Office of the K. P. S.C ., Thiruvananthapuram, all District Offices of the K. P. S. C. The time-table will not be issued to the candidates individually. The time-table will be posted on the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.org).] The candidates will sign against his/her name in the list of candidates at the time of the examination, failure on which will result in the invalidation of his/her answer scripts.

2. Candidates will not be admitted to the examination unless they present to the Chief Superintendents with their Admission Tickets (with their recent passport size photograph affixed on the space provided) and duly identified by the Head of the Office or Department where they are working. The candidates are advised to arrive at the examination centre half an hour before the commencement of the examination to facilitate verification of the admission tickets and identification certificates by the Chief Superintendent concerned. They should bring the admission tickets with them on each day of the examination. (Admission ticket is a valuable document and is to be preserved by the candidates for production before this office for the issue of pass certificate of Departmental Tests).

3. The Admission Ticket Number, name of examination and subject only should be entered on the facing sheet of the answer books in spaces provided for the purpose. Candidates are prohibited from writing their name, Admission Ticket Numbers or anything else intended to give a clue to their identity on any other part of the answer book. The answer books of candidates who fail to write their Admission Ticket Numbers or who do not write their Admission Tickets Numbers distinctly and correctly or who write the Admission Ticket Number on any part of the books, Additional sheet etc., other than the facing sheet where space is provided for the purpose are liable to be invalidated. It is the responsibility of the candidates to see by referring to the heading of the question paper that they get the question paper meant for the test for which they have applied.

4. The answer scripts written in any ink other than black, blue or blue black will be invalidated.

5. Candidates are prohibited from communication with copying from each other and from communicating with any person outside the examination hall.

6. Candidates are not permitted to use calculators, Mobile phones and other Electronic gadgets inside the Examination Hall.

7. No candidate will be admitted to the examination who arrives more than half an hour after the commencement of the examination in the case of papers of two hours or more or duration of 15 minutes in the case of all other papers. No candidates will be allowed to quit the hall before the expiry of at least half an hour from the commencement of the examination and only after he has handed over his answer book to the Chief /Assistant Superintendent.

8. The signature of the candidate on the Ist page of the applications is mandatory and application of those who fail to sign there will be rejected on non-appealable grounds.

9. The non surrender of the answer script to the invigilator, or leaving the Hall before the closing time without his/her permission will entail disciplinary action against the candidates concerned which may result in debarment for further appearance for any test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission.

Warning:—Any candidate resorting to malpractice in the examination hall will be sent out of the hall forthwith and his conduct will be reported by the Chief Superintendent to the Public Service Commission in such cases, the Commission may invalidate the answer scripts of the candidates and debar them from appearing for the tests and in the case of candidates in service the matter may also be reported to the Heads of Department and the Director of Vigilance Department for further action.

2. ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് സർവ്വേയർ ടെസ്റ്റിനും ഹെഡ് സർവ്വേയർ ടെസ്റ്റിനും പ്രത്യേകം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതുകൊ≠് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റും പാസ്സാകുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർ∞ികൾ അതാത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനു വേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ അനുബന്ധത്തിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഒന്നിന് 100 (നൂറ്) രൂപ എന്ന ക്രമത്തിൽ ഫീസടച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും വിവരം നൽകാതിരിക്കുകയോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനത ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അപ്രകാരമുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ നൽകുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് ആധാരമായ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകളോ കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള അറ്റൻഡൻസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളോ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

3. പരീക്ഷയിൽ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചുള്ള മാർക്കിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് പേപ്പർ ഒന്നിന് 50 (അൻപത്) രൂപ ഫീസ് സഹിതം അപേക്ഷ നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്. മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാ ഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനു ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ അനുവാദമില്ല. എന്നാൽ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സൊന്നിന് 50 (അൻപത്) രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ ഫീസൊടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്കുകൾ കൂട്ടി നോക്കി തെറ്റുകൾ വല്ലതും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോയെന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് വിവരം അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഈ പരിശോധന പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ആഫീസിൽ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും നടത്തുക. ഇതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
