The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 9-2-2007 and subsequent verification oforiginal documents held from 23-10-2007 to 25-10-2007 and 14-11-2007 for the post of Tracer on Rs . 3050- 5230 (PR) in the Town and Country Planning Department (CategoryNo. 12/06) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List isbrought in to force with effect from 28-1-2009 . The Ranked Listwill be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appoint- ment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list .
The candidates who have secured 25 (Twenty five) marks and above in the Written Test and whose applications are found provisionally eligible are included in the Main List. ofthis Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary List forST.
Thedate, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.
According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account " 0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee" . Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available freeofcost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or down loaded and printed in A4 Size paperfrom the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom . Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
TheApplication for rechecking along with the original chalan receipts should reach the Deputy Secretary (Examinations I ) , Kerala Public Service Commission , Pattom PO, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 004 within 30 days from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission.
