It ishereby notified that the following modification is made in the Ranked List No. 229 /05/SSIII dated 25-8-2005 for selectionto the post of HSA ( English) on Rs. 4600-7125 (PR) in Education Department , Wayanad District . This is in compliance with the judgement of the Division Bench ofthe Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in WP( C) No . 21300/05 dated 13-7-2006. Subject to the result of review petition filed by the Commissionbut pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court .
The entries in the main list up to rank 40 remain unchanged. Rank 41 in the main list is cancelled along with all the supplementary lists and their ranks have been re - assigned. The names of the candidates interviewed on 25-9-2008 to 26-9-2008 and found suitable by the Commission have also been included in this addendum notification .
