Accordingto the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. The answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of the Ranked List. The answer scripts will be rechecked if the pres- cribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the head of account " 0051 PSC - 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee" . Applications for rechecking should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or down- loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced along with the application for rechecking . Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Short List should submit application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List .

Entries put in column (4) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents . The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office , Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will bedone on payment of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only ) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee" . The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking willbe intimated to the candidate from this office . Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 Size paper from the Commission's Website- www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom . Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered . The application for rechecking , along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office,Visitors Building, IInd Floor , M. G. Road, Thrissur should reachthis office within one month from the date ofpublica- tion of the Ranked List officially released by the PSC. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്‌തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല .

കുറിപ്പ് ( 1 ) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്‌മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും , നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടു ന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
( 2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
പരീക്ഷയിൽ 73 ( എഴുപത്തി മൂന്ന് ) -ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളെയാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
