Note:-( 1) Certificate should be one issued by a Medical Officer in Govt. Service not below the rank of an Asst. Surgeon.
(2) Candidate must be Physically fit for ardous outdoor work.
3. Caste/Community Caste/Community/Non Creamy Layer Certificate . The candidate who belong to SC/ST have to produce Community certificate in original and two self attested copies obtained on or after 25-3-2005 from Thahsildar . Candidates who belong to Other Backward Classes have to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per the G.O. (P) No.46/07/SC/STDD dated 25-8-2007 . The validity period of Non Creamy Layer Certificate is one year from the date of issue.
