Inclusion of Register Number in the short list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List .

The candidates who have secured 52 (fifty two) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists .
Other Backward who are required asper The candidates belonging to Classes included in the Short List , to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate G. O. ( P.) No. 46/ 2007/ SC / STDD dated 25-8-2007 shall produce the same along with the other docu- ments mentioned above or as ard when called for . Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and willbe considered as Open Competition candidates . As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes , their reg numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice , if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate . register The date, time and place of interview willbe intimated in due course .
According to the existing procedure revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed . But answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List.
Electronic Version (Marks in Tabular form) of the answer scripts of candidates appeared for the OMR test held on 16-6-2007 ( except the scripts which are invalidated) will be published in the official website of the Commission within fifteen days from the date of publication of the Ranked List .
Candidates can verify the E-version of their answer scripts by visiting the website " www.keralapsc.org " . E-version of the answer scripts willbe available in the website for a period of one month from the date of publication in the website .

on The following is the revised Ranked List containing the names of candidates found suitable the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test held on 25-8-2005 followed by Physical Measurement taken on 3-2-2007 and the Practical Test held on 21-2-2007 for selection to the post of Seaman on Rs . 2750-4625 (PR) in the Port Depart- ment in Kollam District arranged in the order of merit . The revised Ranked List will be inforce w.e.f. 20-4-2007 . The Ranked List will be inforce till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is carlier . Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all candidates in the list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list .

Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents . The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer , K. P. S. C. District Office,Office , Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the bencfit of reservation to which they are entitled to . In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies , if any , the candidate will be advised as incorporated in the list .
All the candidates who have qualified in swimming test of practical test are included in the Ranked List .

രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പരുകൾക്ക് മുന്നിൽ പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ' എച്ച് ' എന്ന അക്ഷരം ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

കുറിപ്പ്:-( 1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധ നയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യ തയക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്ത തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊളളി ച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് . ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജി നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് അഭിമുഖത്തിനു വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന തിനോ അതിനുശേഷം പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനോ യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഗാർത്ഥിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല .
