RE- TENDER NOTICE

No. A2/423/2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Generator to Physics Department of the P. T. M. Government College , Perinthalmanna for Rs . 60,000 [under Startingting of New Course (Plan) during 2009-10 . The envelops should be superscribed as "Supply of Generator under Starting of New Course (Plan) during 2009-10" and addressed to the Principal , P.T.M. Government College , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin-679 322, Kerala State . The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 31-12-2009 at 2 p . m . and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 30-12-2009 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted .
for tender Application the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs .400 towards the cost of forms plus Rs . 50 towards VAT, which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who are required tender forms by registered Post should send Rs . 482. by M. O. including cost of tender form and Registered Postal Charges.
Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1% (E.M.D. ) of total cost ofof equipments to be quoted. Every tenderer should execute an agreetment in Kerala Stamp Paperpercost ofequipments to be quoted.with the tender . The prices should be validalid upto 31-3-2010 . The firms who are exempted from furnishing E. M. D. should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents .
The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formality without any further notice. The cash transactions in the office is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on all working days .

പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ പി.ടി.എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലെ ഫിസിക്സ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലേക്ക് 2009-10 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ (പ്ലാൻ ) ഫണ്ടിൽ 60,000 രൂപ വിലമതിക്കുന്ന ജനറേററര് വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ യ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു . ടെണ്ടർ അടക്കംഅടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു പുറത്ത് 2009-10 വർഷത്തിൽ Starting of New Course (ാൻ ) പ്രകാരം ജനറേററർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , പി.ടി.എം. ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല , പിൻ -679 322 കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 31-12-2009 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു. ശേഷം 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു ശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 30-12-2009 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
അപേക്ഷയുടെകൂടെ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വാറ്റ് 50 രൂപയും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 450 രൂപ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിന് ടെണ്ടർഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലവിലയും രജിസ്റേറർഡ് ചാർജ്ജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 482 രൂപ (നാനൂറ്റി എൺപത്തി രണ്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണി ഓർഡറായി അയച്ചു. തപാൽ തരേണ്ടതാണ് .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും ഒപ്പിട്ടതുമായ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ , വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്‌ററ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെണ്ടറിൻ്റെകൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . വില നിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2010 വരെ (പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ ടെണ്ടറിൻറെ കൂടെ জোর ১০০০ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ഓരോ ടെണ്ടറിൻറെ കൂടെയും 50 രൂപ വിലയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ടെണ്ടർ നടപടികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉളള നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഓഫീസിലെ പണമിടപാട് സമയം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു . അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുളള ആളിൽ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ
