Competitive tenders are invited in sealed cover superscribing Tender No. G5-2 /2009-10 for the supply of Reagents worth Rs . 3,99,015 for the use of Medical College Hospital , Thrissur .
Cost of tender form ( inclusive of tax ) :
Original-Rs . 800+ VAT @ 12.5 %. Duplicate Rs . 400+ VAT @ 12.5 % .

Closing date and time of sale of tender forms- 12-1-2010, 3 p . m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 13-1-2010 , 11 a.m.
Opening date and time of tender-13-1-2010 , 12 Noon .
Samples of all the quoted items should be submitted with the tenders .
Every tender should be accompanied by EMD of 1% of total cost of tendered items, along with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 . The undersigned reserves the right to accept/reject / postpone the tender without assigning any reason . Further details , if any required can be had from this office during office hours .
