Sealed competitive tenders are invited from firms for the supply of items for training purpose in E. M W. SectionSection of IndustrialIndustrial Training Institute , HMT Colony P. O., Kalamassery, Ernakulam .

Original Rs . 300+12.5% VAT . Duplicate Rs . 150+ 12.5 % VAT .
Last date and time of sale of tender form 28-12-2009 , 3 p . m .
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tender- 29-12-2009 , 2 p . m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tender- 29-12-2009 , 3 p . m .
HMT Only cash or money order will be accepted as the cost of tender form . The tender should be super- scribed with Tender Number , Date and addressed to the Principal , I. T. I. Kalamassery, Colony P.O. , Ernakulam , Pin -683 503 . percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as EMD along with the tender by DD drawn in favour of Principal , 1. T. I. , Kalamassery. Tender One in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered. Stamp paper will be send from this office to the firm outside Kerala if requested by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees Seventy five only) by Money Order.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില :
ഒറിജിനൽ രൂപ 300 + 12.5 % വാറ് ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ -രൂപ 150 + 12.5 % വാറ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽപ്പനയുടെ അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 28-12-2009 , 3 മണി .
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും -29-12-2009 , 2 മണി ,
ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 29-12-2009, 33 മണി , ദർ ഘാസ് വില മണിഓർഡറായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഐ , ററി , ഐ , കളമശ്ശേരി , എച്ച് . എം.ടി. കോളനി പി . ഒ . , പിൻ -683 503 , എറണാകുളം ജില്ല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വില യുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഐ.റ്റി.ഐ. , കളമശ ശേരിയുടെ പേരിൽ 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ട ขาว". കേരളത്തിനുപുറത്തുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചു തരുന്നതാണ് .
