1955-ലെ ഇൻസോൾവെൻസി ആക്റ്റ് 19 (2) വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഹർജിക്കാരൻ ടിയാനെ പാപ്പരായി ഉത്തരവ് പാസ്സാക്കുവാൻ ഈ കോടതിയിൽ മേൽ നമ്പരായി ഹർജി ബോധിപ്പിച്ച 2010 ജനുവരി 2-ാം തീയതി വിചാരണയ്ക്ക് വച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതായി ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ORDER
Petition filed under Insolvency Act: 7 r/w 10 C.P.C. Heard, on perusal of the materials on record, I find that there is prima facie material to the right of the peritioner to permit this petition. Hence for adjudication, Petitioner is directed to take steps to 2-11-2009.
