Note:— (1) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (head of account 0051 PSC-800 other receipts- 99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within one month of the date of publication of this ranked list. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 7-6-2008 for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Gr. II on Rs. 6680-10790 in the Health Services Department in Kollam District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 15-9-2007 with Category Number 301/07. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from29th DEC. 2009] KERALA GAZETTE 877 24-6-2009. The ranked list will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
All the eligible candidates who were included in the probability list and appeared for the certificate verification have been included in the Ranked List.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
The candidates who require the Xerox Copies of their OMR answer scripts should remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99 Other892 KERALA GAZETTE [PART IB Receipts". The Application for obtaining Xerox Copy of OMR Answer Script should be in the prescribed form and should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. The application form can be downloaded from the application section of the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.
