Tenders will be opened at 3 p . m . on 7-1-2010 in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at thattime .

Intending tenderers can have tender forms o demand from the Principal , Government Arts College, Thiruvananthapuram between 10 a.m. and 2 p . ra. on all working days on payment of Rs . 400+ VAT 12.5% (Rs.450) per copy which is the price fixed for a form and is not refundable at any circumstnces . The tender forms are not transferable . Duplicate teneder forms if required willbe issued at Rs.200 +

Sale of Tender on 7-1-2010. Postage Stamp of VAT 12.5% (Rs . 225) per copy . form will be closed at 2 p.m. Cheques , Demand Drafts and will not be accepted towards the cost forms . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 is to be executed while submitting the tenders. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and other expenses and should be firm for a period of two months . A cash deposit equivalent to one percent of the cost of items tendered is to be deposited as earnest money . The item should be supplied to the Principal, Government Arts College , Thiruvanantha- puram at the expenses of the tenderer . Face value ofthe tender is Rs . 64,000 .

Purchase of all electronic equipments will be subjected to the technical evaluation by LBS/ Competent Authority . Expense for the same shall be met by the quotationer .

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Electronics Lab Equipment to Government College, Mananthavady . as per list attached.

The tenders should be superscribed as Supply and Installation of Electronics Lab Equipments to Govern- ment College, Mananthavady 2009-10 and addressed tothe Principal , Government College , Mananthavady, Nallurnad P.O. , Pin-670 645. Last date of receipt of tender in the college office is 3 p. m . on 30-12-2009. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opened at 3 p. m. on 31-12-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College , Mananthavady, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . The cost of tender form is Rs . 788 which is the price fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Application for the tender form throngh post should be accompanied by a Money Order remittance of Rs . 823. Cheques , Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc , will not be accepteaccepted towards the cost of the tender form. The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The last date for the sale of tender forms will be 30-12-2009, 2.30 p. m. The tender forms are not transferable . Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for . An agreement has to be executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the each tender. The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning anyreason thereof.

Successful tenderer should furnish au agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and to be deposit 5 % amount of total cost as security deposit . Locally assembled articles will not be accepted. Tenderers should specify the rate, quantity and brand name of the items .
