ടെണ്ടർ ടെണ്ടർ അടക്കം ചെയ്തു‌ത കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ജെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ , സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തീയതി എന്നിവ വ്യക്‌തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം . ഫോറം എഴുതി കൊടുക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷയിൽ സൂപ്രണ്ടിൻറെ ആഫീസിൽ പണം ഒടുക്കിയാൽ പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ചെക്ക് , (ഡാഫ്ററ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ പൂർണ്ണമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ മുൻകൂർ അറിയിപ്പു കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കുവാൻ സൂപ്രണ്ടിന് അധികാരമുണ്ട് .

The tenders should be superscribed tender No. , date and supply of medicine and addressed to the Superintendent , Institute of Child Health , Gandhinagar , Kottayam . Tender form can be had from he office of the undersigned on all working days onwritten request and payment in cash. М. О. , Cheque, Draft etc. will not be accepted
