Sealed competitive tenders are invited from Suppliers /Distributors /Companies for the supply of Training Materials for the Machinist Trade of I.T.I. , Malampuzha . Estimate cost is Rs . 37,200 .
Earnest Money Deposit-1 %of the amount quoted .
Cost of tender forms :
Original Rs . 300+ 12.5% VAT .
Duplicate Rs . 150+ 12.5 % VAT .
Last date and time of sale of tender forms- 14-1-2010 , 5 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 14-1-2010 , 5 p.m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 15-1-2010 , 3 p.m.
Tender forms canbe had from the Office of I.T.I. , Malampuzha during working hours on applying with the cost of tender forms . Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders in original should be accompanied by preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) . The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all service charges and no separate service tax will be borne by this institute . The rate should be valid for three months.

നിര ദ്രവ്യം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % .
ഭർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ;
അസ്സൽ രൂപ 300+ 12.5 % പററ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഫേറേം ഐ.ടി.ഐ. ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്" . ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഐ.ടി.ഐ. , മലമ്പുഴ , പാലക്കാടിൻെറ പേരിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആകെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്റ്റായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഐ.ടി.ഐ. മലമ്പുഴയുടെ പേരിൽ മാമാറാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം . കൂടാതെ 50 രൂപ. വിലയുളള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ് താക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 3 മാസം വരെ വിലനിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ പ്രമാണം കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല .
