പെരിങ്ങമ്മല ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടത്തിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനസാമഗ്രികൾ അതിനു നേരെ കൊടുത്തിരി ക്കുന്ന അളവിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കിത്തരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യ മുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠് ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

¹. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ രൂപ ⁴⁰⁰ +വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിൽ 2-1-2010 വരെയുളള പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ നി›ിതസ്ഥലത്ത് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സാമഗ്രികൾ ഓരോന്നിനും യൂണിറ്റ്അളവിന് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന തുക വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.

3. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 4-1-2010-ന് 11 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി സൂപ്ര≠്, ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, പെരിങ്ങമ്മല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "പോളിത്തീൻ കവർ ദർഘാസ്" എന്നെഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.

4. 4-1-2010-ന് പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കു ന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ തുക രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നയാളുടെ പേർക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

5. താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ബഹു. പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ അനുമതിക്ക് വിധേയമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

6. ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ലഭിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ി, ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നുളള നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരമുളള അളവിലും സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സാമഗ്രികൾ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്.

7. അവിചാരിതമായ കാരണങ്ങളാൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് നടപടികൾ നടക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

8. കൂടാതെ മറ്റ് സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കുളള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

TENDER NOTICE

No. MSTL 14/2009-10. 1st December 2009.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the following Laboratory Equipments for the implementation of the Scheme RKVY (Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana) to Mobile Soil Testing Laboratory, Alappuzha-3.

Details of Equipment—Centrifuge—Holding 24 test tubes of 15ml capacity each and having 2400 rpm with timer— 1 No.

CONDITIONS

1. This tenders will be abide by all the rules related to Government Tenders.

2. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Soil Chemist, Mobile Soil Testing Laboratory, Alappuzha on payment of Rs. 300+VAT 12.5% from 7-12-2009 onwards.

3. Tender forms are not transferable and are not sent as V.P.P. Cost is realised as cash D.D., Cheque, Credit Card etc. are not accepted.

4. Last date of issue of tender forms is 7-1-2010 upto 1 p.m.

5. Last date of acceptance of tender is at 3 p. m. on 7-1-2010.

6. Date and time of opening of tender is at 3.30 p. m. on 7-1-2010.

7. 1% of the quoted amount should be deposited as E. M. D. at the time of submission of tender.

8. The price quoted should be inclusive of all duties and cesses etc. which are or may become payable by the tenderer under existing or future law or rules of the court for supply during the current year of contract.

9. An agreement should be executed by the tenderer in a stamp paper worth Rs. 50 as notified in the tender form.

10. The lowest tenderer should furnish a security deposit of 5% of the quoted amount.

11. The right to postpone or restructure the process of tender is vested with the undersigned.

12. Finalisation of tender is subjected to the confirmation of the Director of Agriculture, Thiruvananthapuram.

13. In case the proposed date of opening of the tender is a Government declared holiday, the opening of the tender will be postponed to the next working day at the proposed time.

2. വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഇനങ്ങൾ ആറ്റുമണൽ ഒരു ക്യുബിക് മീറ്ററിനും, പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ, പോളിത്തീൻ ഷീറ്റ് ഓരോ ഇനത്തിന്റേയും ഒരു കി. ഗ്രാമിനുള്ള വില ആയിരിക്കണം ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. പോളിത്തീൻ കവർ, ഷീറ്റ് ഇവ ഗുണമേ∑യുള്ളവ ആയിരിക്കണം. വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പോളിത്തീൻ കവർ, ഷീറ്റ് ഇവയുടെ 3 സാമ്പിളുകൾ വീതം ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

3. ദർഘാസുകൾ 7-1-2010 വ്യാഴാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 1 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

4. ഓരോന്നിനും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ടെ≠റിൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നിരതദ്രവ്യം ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂറിന്റെ കൊച്ചാലുമൂട് ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ആയിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

5. ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസുകാരൻ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് എഴുതിതരേ≠താണ്.

6. വിവിധ നിരക്കിലുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

7. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിബന്ധനകളിൽ യു‡മെന്നു തോന്നുന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്തുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. അതിനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആർക്കും അവകാശം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

8. ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചാൽ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നു നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ പ്രവർത്തികൾ ചെയ്തുതീർക്കുന്നതിനും കരാറുപ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും കരാറുകാരൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥനായിരിക്കും. ആയത് സാധിക്കാതെ വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ അതുമൂലം സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

9. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെ≠ർ ദിവസം അവധി ആയാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ഇതേ സമയം ടെ≠ർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

10. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെ പൂർണ്ണമായ പേരും മേൽവിലാസവും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്.

11. സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധമായ മറ്റെല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനു ബാധകമാണ്.

12. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ടറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണക്കാർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പരസ്പരം കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. നി›ിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കാത്തതോ ആയ എല്ലാ ദർഘാസുകളും നിരസിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. മറ്റു സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്നോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവനായോ ദർഘാസുകൾ തിരസ്ക്കരിക്കാ നുള്ള അധികാരം കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പവും 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം 400 രൂപ (നികുതി പുറമെ) ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 6-1-2010-ന് വൈകിട്ട് 3.30 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠ർ 2,000 രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം സൂപ്ര ≠്, ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, കൂത്താളി, പി. ഒ. പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴി എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 7-1-2010-ന് 12 മണിവരെ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള പേരാമ്പ്രയിൽ മാറാൻ പറ്റുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

3. ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കക്ഷികൾ എല്ലാവരും തന്നെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ 8-ാം പേജിൽ പറയുന്ന എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ടൈപ്പുചെയ്ത് ഒപ്പിട്ട് പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠റിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ഇല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠ർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. 7-1-2010-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ടെ≠റുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതും, ടെ≠റിൽ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക്, തൃപ്തികരമെങ്കിൽ മേലധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിനു വിധേയമായി താല്ക്കാലികമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അപ്പോൾതന്നെ തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതുമാണ്.

5. ടെ≠റിൽ ഒരു കിലോഗ്രാം പോളിത്തീൻ ബാഗിന്റെയും ഷീറ്റിന്റെയും വില എത്ര രൂപ വരുമെന്ന് അക്കത്തിലും അക്ഷരത്തിലും എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.

6. സർക്കാരിന്റെ ടെ≠ർ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ എല്ലാംതന്നെ ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തിദിവസം ഇതേ സമയത്തും വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

7. ടെ≠ർ മാറ്റിവെക്കുന്നതിനും നിർത്തലാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത മായിരിക്കും.

8. അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ടെ≠ർ നിരക്കിന് 31-3-2010 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

2. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠ർ 5,000 രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം സൂപ്ര≠്, ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, കൂത്താളി, പിഒ. പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴി എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 7-1-2010-ന് 12 മണി വരെ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള പേരാമ്പ്രയിൽ മാറാൻ പറ്റുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

3. ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കക്ഷികൾ എല്ലാവരും തന്നെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ 8-ാം പേജിൽ പറയുന്ന എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ടൈപ്പുചെയ്ത് ഒപ്പിട്ട് പൂരി പ്പിച്ച ടെ≠റിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ഇല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠ർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. 7-1-2010-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ടെ≠റുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതും, ടെ≠റിൽ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക്, തൃപ്തികരമെങ്കിൽ, മേലധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിനു വിധേയമായി താല്ക്കാലികമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അപ്പോൾതന്നെ തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതുമാണ്.

5. ടെ≠റിൽ ഒരു മെട്രിക് ടൺ ചാണകത്തിന് എത്ര രൂപ വരുമെന്ന് അക്കത്തിലും അക്ഷരത്തിലും എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes only.

2. Each Setter and Hatcher should be covered by a minimum gurantee period of 2 years including spare parts from the date of installation and trail run.

3. Each Setter and Hatcher should be covered by Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for a period of 5 years from the date of installation and trail run.

4. Instruction manual, full technical wiring diagram with components, outside dimensions, floor space, minimum space required in the front side of the machine, room door size, ventilation etc. should be specified and a copy shall be submitted along with the tender.

5. Electrical and water supply details, complete installation as per the rules and regulations of the electrical inspectorate should be done by the supplier in the space provided by this department including water connection. Department will provide only room to install the Setter and Hatcher including the electric supply point and water supply point.

15. The security deposit furnished by the firm will be released only after the guarantee period.

16. If the date scheduled for receving/opening of tenders is declared as holiday (local/general) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively.

The articles described above should be made up of materials of superior quality and should have high standard of workmanship of ISO standards. All the materials supplied should be guaranteed by the manufacturer against any defective material and workmanship. Each tender should be enclosed with Earnest Money Deposit for an amount of 1% of the tendered amount. The EMD should be in the form of demand draft/banker's cheque in favour of the undersigned payable at State Bank of Travancore, Perumbavoor Branch. The EMD will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers within one week from the date of the opening of tenders.

The tenders will be opened on the appointed day and time in the office of the undersigned, in the presence of such of those tenderers or their nominees who may be present at that time.

If any tenderer withdraws from his tender before the expiry of the period fixed for keeping the rates firm for acceptance, the earnest money if any, deposited by him will be forfeited to Government of such action taken against him as Government think fit.

The tenderer shall invariably specify in their tenders the delivery conditions including the time required for the supply of articles tendered for.

The final acceptance of the tenders rests entirely with the government who do not find themselves to accept the lowest or any tender. But the tenders on their part should be prepared to carry out such portion of the supplies included in their tenders as may be allotted to them.

In the case of materials of technical nature, the successful tenderer should be prepared to guarantee satisfactory performance for the definite period under a definite penalty.

The successful tenderer shall also execute an agreement for the due fulfilement of the contract within the period specified in the letter of acceptance. Failure to execute the agreement within the period specified will entail the legal action.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 2010 ജനുവരി 1-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3 മണിവരെ അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ സൂപ്ര≠്/ആഫീ സർമാർ ഇൻ-ചാർ÷് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 31-12-2009-ന് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. ഫോറം നി›ിത വിലയ്ക്ക് അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

1-10-2009-നോ അതിനുശേഷമോ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തഹശീൽദാരിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ബാദ്ധ്യതാരഹിത സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോടുകൂടിയ ഒറിജിനൽ സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുക യുള്ളു. തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ ബാദ്ധ്യതയുള്ളപക്ഷം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സബ്രജിസ്ട്രാറിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ബാദ്ധ്യതാ രഹിത സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

ഭക്ഷ്യ സാധനങ്ങൾക്കും ഭക്ഷ്യേതര സാധനങ്ങൾക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. പച്ചക്കറിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം 16-10-1997-ലെ സർക്കുലർ നമ്പർ എബി4/8791/97/ഡി.എച്ച്.എസ്, ക്ലാസ്-14-ൽ പറയുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പാലിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ ആർക്കാണ് വിൽക്കുന്നത് അവരുടെ പേരും മേൽവിലാസവും ഏത് വർഷത്തേക്കാണെന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കേ≠തും ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയുടെ ഒപ്പും സീലും ഉ≠ായി രിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. മേൽവിവരിച്ച വസ്തുക്കൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനയിലെ 22-ാം ക്ലാസ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിയമ സാദ്ധ്യതയുള്ള പി. എഫ്. എ. ലൈസൻസ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും നൽകി യിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങ ളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Rope:

1. The rope shall have a minimum tensile strength of 1500 kg. breaking strength.

2. Linear density of rope should be above 35 gms/m.

3. Abrasion resistence should be 1400 kg. at the end of 1000 cycles.

4. Thermal stability shall be 1400 kg. strength retained after 3hrs. exposure at 45 degree centigrade.

5. UV resistance should be 1400 kg. (strength retain after 500 hours of UV exposure).

Competitive tenders in sealed cover superscribing the name of work is invited for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the under signed from contractors of eligible class. The tenders will be received upto 4 p. m. on 6-1-2010 by registered post and will be opened at 4. 30 p. m. on the same day. Tenders through courier service will not be accepted. The quantity of supply of Gabion boxes may vary as per requirement.

Braid string :

Braid string to be used for tying gabion lid shall be tested for 90 kg. breaking strength.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The suppliers should produce previous experience certificate of supplying polymer rope Gabion boxes to Government or semi Government firms. The manufacturers/suppliers should have a track record of long term performance (minimum three years) in the field of manufacturing Polymer Gabion boxes and having successfully completed the supply within the specified time. In the case of suppliers they have to produce authorised certification from the manufactures so as to meet the above condition.

2. The suppliers should produce test certificate of the Gabion boxes from the approved standard agency during the course of supply. Copy of agreement for testing agency will be produced at the time of purchasing tender schedule (By LRA/ ABS/IIT).

3. The selected supplier should produce the sample along with test certificate and the Department have the right to test the material if necessary with any other agency at their cost for approval.

4. Every 1000 Nos. of rope Gabion shall deemed to be a lot. A representative gabion shall be selected from the lot by the Department for testing and the result should be collected from the approved agency and submit to department within seven days.

5. Random checking by weight will be done by the department for each lot of Gabion boxes.

6. The contractor shall bear all kind of testing/ certification charges for testing of Gabion material.

7. The supplier shall produce certificate for the quality of material as specified by the department while supplying for every 1000 unit of supplying from the approved agency.

8. The supplier shall arrange technical demonstration for tying top lid, packing rubble etc. to the departmental officers at site.

9. The payment for the supply will be made as per prevailing Government rules and no extra conditions in this regard is acceptable to the department.

10. The material shall be supplied at Kollam sites as directed by the department.

11. The rate quoted shall be excluding all taxes of State Government. Tax at Government rate will be paid separately at prevailing rates.

12. The supply shall be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase order. If the supply is not made within 15 days a fine of 5% of the cost of supply order will be imposed flatly for delay. If the supply is delayed further, the contract agreement will be terminated at the risk and cost of the supplier and the security deposit will be forfeited to the Government.

13. The tender schedule will be issued from the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram upto 4 p.m. on 4-1-2010. The tender schedule will be issued to the contractors satisfying the special condition (1) & (2). The Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram reserves the right to issue tender schedule based on genuinely. The decision of the superintending Engineer is final in the matter of disputes. The supplier shall also enclose EMD of Rs. 50,000 by way of demand draft in favour of Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram payable at Thiruvananthapuram. The selected supplier shall execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth of Rs. 50 and a security deposit for an amount of 5% of the quoted amount of the supply.

14. The supplier shall execute a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 in the format supplied along with tender documents.

15. The filled tender should be submitted through registered /speed post of Indian Postal Service. The tender through courier service will not be accepted.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments for Survey Lab of Architecture Department of Government Women's Polytechnic College, Ernakulam.

Tenders should be superscribed as the "Equipments for Survey Lab of Architecture Department" and addressed to "The Principal, Government Women's Polytechnic College, Ernakulam, Kalamassery, Kerala, Pin- 683 104", so as to reach the same on or before 4-1-2010, 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 5-1-2010, 11 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned, obtained the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 450 for duplicate Rs. 225, which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances.
