Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender form is only acceptable by Money Order or cash remittance to this office . As per conditions the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs . 50 and EMD 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement , tender form and EMD will be rejected .

The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. D3-4114/09 "19 " and addressed to the Principal , Government College of Engineering, P.O. Parassinikkadavu, Kannur-670 563. Last date of receipt of tender is on 14-1-2010 at 4 p.m. and the tender will be opened at 11 a . m . on 15-1-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 700+ 12.5% VAT+AST on ST which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m . on 8-1-2010 . Cheques , Postage Stamps, D.D. , I.P.O. etc. will notbe accepted towards the cost of forms , nor will the formsforms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 400 + 12.5 % VAT + AST on ST . per copy .
