The following ranked list contains the names of candidates found suitable and arranged on the basis of merit based on result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 20-12-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 28-7-2009 for the post of Accounts Assistant (SR for SC/ST) on Rs. 4000-6090 (Category No. 104/2007) in Kerala State Handloom Development Corporation Limited. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-10-2009.

The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advise for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list. Candidates against vacancies reported exclusively for ST will also be advised from this list.
According to the existing procedures, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be re-checked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". Application addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examination-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List. Application for rechecking after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Application for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down-loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be rechecked and result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
(4) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051-PSC-800- other receipts-99 other receipts) and the duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examination-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to any detect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in Column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examination-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The following list contains the names of the candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 28-4-2008 and verification of the documents that followed for selection to the post of Village Extension Officer Grade-II on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in the Rural Development Department in Kollam District (Combined list for Category No. 72/2006 & 73/2006) arranged in the order of merit.
Applicatons for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considerd. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the ranked list are advised to refer to Notification No. ER VII (3) 2086/07/EW dated 25-11-2008, showing the Register Numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reason there of.
Applicatons for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The candidates who have secured 60 (Sixty) marks and above in the OMR test have been included in the Main list of this Ranked List. Marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
