Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Purifier to the departments of Hindi , History , IMB , Maths and Music of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10. The tender cost iscost is Rs . 50,000 . TheThe list of required specifications willbe supplied along with the tender form .

The tender should be submitted as " Tender No. A6/2495/2009-10/GCW dated 11-12-2009 for the supply ofWater Purifier various departments " and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women , Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 16-1-2010 at 2 p.m. The tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances . The tenders received within the time stipulated above wouldbe opened on 16-1-2010 at 3 p . m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . EMD is 1 % .

on The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the college office between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m . on all working days payment of Rs . 300 + VAT . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issuedat Rs . 150+ VAT . Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed anci stamped envelop affixing postage stamp of worth Rs . 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circums- tances . The tender forms are not transferable .

Cheques, Postage Stamps and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by V.P.P. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and Rs . 30 towards postage . Money Order alone willbe accepted for this purpose.

N.B. The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes .

ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 16-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻ്റെ പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിൻ്റെ പുറത്ത് " ഴെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ എ6 / 2495 / 2009-10 /സ.വ ,കോ , എന്നും അതിനുപുറമെ "വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് വാട്ടർ പ്യൂരിഫയർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി " എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കണം , വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമുള്ള വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകു ന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 16-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിയാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , യൂണിവേഴസിറി കോളേജ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം'' എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 14-1-2010 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2" ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിന് മുകളിൽ " ജിയോളജി മുകളിൽ ജിയോളജി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻ റി ലേക്ക് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്‌സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . രണ്ട് മണിക്കുശേഷം സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 16-1-2010-0 3 മണിക്ക് ടെറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടു ത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില 300 രൂപയും വാറുമാണ് . ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന mom ഫോറം തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജു (50 രൂപയുടെ സ്റാമ്പ് പതിപ്പിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം ) അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ ഫോമിൽ ടെ ഫാറം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ മേൽവിലാസം വ്യക്ത‌മായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി അയച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 14-1-2010 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില 150 രൂപയും (വാറ് , സെസ് പുറമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ ฌา ย 100 രൂപയും ( വാറ് , സെസ് പുറമേ ) നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒറിജിനൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ണ്ടർ ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളു . തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ 50 രൂപ അധികം മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Generator to the Office of PTM Government College , Perinthalmanna for Rs . 60,000 under the UGC- XI Plan-Under Graduate Assistance . The, envelopes should be superscribed as "Supply of Generator under UGC- XI Plan- Under Graduate Assistance and addressed to the Principal , P. T. M. Government College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District , Pin-679 322 , Kerala State. The last datedate and time of receipt of filled tender is on 15-1-2010 at 2p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 14-1-2010 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Tender forins can be had from the Office of the Principal , University College , Thiruvananthapuram on working days upto 14-1-2010, till 2 p . m . The cost of the tender form is Rs . 150+ VAT + Cess and for duplicate tender form is Rs . 100+ VAT+ Cess .

Duplicate tender forms will be issued to only to those who purchase the original tender forms . Those who wish to get tender forms by post may send additional amount of Rs.50 (Rupees Fifty only) per copy for Money Order. an

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 towards cost ofform plus Rs . 50 towards VAT , which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who required tender forms by registered post should sent Rs . 482 by M.O. including cost of tender form and registered postal charges .

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheques, Stamps etc. will notbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable .

തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിററി കോളേജിൽ 2009-10 വർഷത്തിൽ ജിയോളജി വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്ക് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്‌സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു . മുഖവില 49,347 രൂപ .

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1 % of (EMD) of total cost of equipments to be quoted. Every derers should Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender . The prices should be valid upto 31-3-2010 . The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice . The cash transactions in the office is from 10 a . m . to 2 p.m on all working days .

Anagreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tender , accompanied with an EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of Rs . 500 in the form of crossed DD in the name of the undersigned from any Nationalized Bank .

Sale of tender form will be closed at 11 a.m. on 12-1-2010 . Tenders without accompanied by the EMD and the agreement in the Stamp Paper will not be accepted on any account .

തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെൻറ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജിലേക്ക് മാച്ചിംഗ് (ഗ്രാൻറ്/സി . ഡി . സി . ഫണ്ട് അടിസ്ഥാ നത്തിൽ പബ്ലിക് അഡ്രസ് സിസ്‌ററം സ്ഥാപി ക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥ‌ാപിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിച്ച് കാണിക്കു ന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ഇതിനായി ഏകദേശം 1,00,000 രൂപ (ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രം ) അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of installation and demonstration of Public Address System in Government Brennen College by supplying necessary equipments for a total amount of around Rs . 1,00,000 .

ടെണ്ടർ കവറിൻ്റെ പുറത്ത് " ഗവ . ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേ ജിലേക്ക്പബ്ലിക് അഡ്രസ് സിസ്‌ററം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്ന തിനാവശ്യമായ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥാപിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിച്ച് കാണിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടിയുളള ടെണ്ടർ ( മാച്ചിംഗ് ഗ്രാൻറ് /സി.ഡി.സി . സ്കീം ) '" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജ് , ധർമ്മടം , തലശ്ശേരി -6 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . (സ്പെസിഫിക്കേ മുതൽ 6 വരെയുളള കാര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം j വില/കൂലി കാണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇത് കാണിക്കാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് ) . ഷനിൽ 1ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട

ടെണ്ടർഫോറം 11-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന താണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 12-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി , ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 12-1-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളള വരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 18/ 2009-10/ Matching Grant/CDC for the installation and demonstration of Public Address System " and addressed to the Principal , Government Brennen College , Dharmadam, Thalassery - 6 . ( Separate rate / Labour charge for each item for 1 to 6 shall be shown seperately otherwise tender will be rejected) . Sale of tenders form willbe closed on 11-1-2010 at 2.30 p . m . The last date for receipt of tender is 12-1-2010 at 2p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . Tenders will be opened on 12-1-2010 at 3 p . m . in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .

ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായാ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ് . കാരണവശാലം എന്നിവ 450 യാതൊരു ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് , ഡി , ഡി . , പോസ്റാൽ ഓർഡർ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇത് ചുരുങ്ങി 30 രൂപ ആയിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേണ്ടി അധികമായി 70 രൂപ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . (മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിന്റെ വില 50 രൂപയും അധിക ചെലവ് 20 രൂപയും) . മണി ഓർഡറായി

on Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Brennen College , Dharımadam , Thalassery- 6 . Obtain the requisite tender forms which the tenders should be submitted . The cost of the tender form is Rs.450 . ( Rs . 400 + 50 Tax ) Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 at the Office or by Money Order which the price is fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable . Every tender should be accompanied by an E. M. D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered for . This is subject to Rs . 30. നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുളള ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനുമായോ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമാണ് .
