Department of Indigenous Medicine SHORT TENDER NOTICE
16th December 2009.
No. SI /9659 /2009/AVC.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of following items to the Department of Panchakarma of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10 and for the supply up to 31-3-2010 .
Tenders should be superscribed " Supply of Droni etc." addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram . last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3p.m. on 9-1-2010 . The late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. 9-1-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . The оп Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 675 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . 9-1-2010 . Cheque , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall sent au additional amount of Rs . 50 by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 338 per copy . оп Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2010 . The Principal , Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/ cancel the tender.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിലെ (കിയ ശരീര വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2009-10 വർഷങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ ദ്രാണി തുടങ്ങിയ ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു. ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം
63000 ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ കവറിലാക്കി മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത് കോളേജ് പ്രത്യേകം 9-1-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ 3.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരുാരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത താകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 9-1-2010 അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . 1 ๑๓๑ ഹോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിലനിരക്കുകൾ 31-3-2010 "മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ഒരു ദർഘാസിൻറെ വില 675 രൂപയാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധന ങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരത (ദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത (ഡ്രാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ ത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മുദ്രപ്പത ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉളള തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമയിരിക്കും .

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ ' (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൻ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽചെയ്തത് 9-1-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് , അന്നുതന്നെ വൈകുന്നേരം 3. 30 -ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 9-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ"ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ റേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-3-2010 വരെ മാറാം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്താകുന്നു .
