Industrial Training Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. B5 /2539 /2005 .
Scaled tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments for Walder Trade of Government 1.T.I. , Chackai as per the list attached .
Tender No.-B5/13/2009 .
Cost of tender form ( Tax 12.5 % extra) : Original Rs . 300 .
Duplicate Rs . 150 .
Last date and time of sale of tender- 14-1-2010, 5 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 15-1-2010 at 2 p.m.
Date and time of opening of tender-15-1-2010, 3 p.m.
The cover containing tenders should be superscribed B5/ 13 /09 dated 8-12-2009 and addressed to the Principal , Govt . I.T.I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 15-1-201015-1- in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government I. T. I. , Chackai, Thiruvananthapuram, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompa- nied by a cash remittance of Rs . 300 + 12.5 % VAT. (Rupes Three hundred only ) which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary agreement along with the tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala, if they remit an amount of Rs . 75 (Rupees Seventy five only) by Money Order separately. The tender forms arc not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 5 p. m . on 14-1-2010 . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on remittance of the cost .

ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 14-1-2010 , 5 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ചെക്കുകൾ , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ സ്ററാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിന് 75 (എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് ) രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി , പി . പി . ആയി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വില ഒടുക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ബ05 / 13 / 09 തീയതി 8-12-2009 എന്ന് വ്യക്‌തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും ആയവ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺ മെൻറ് ഐ.ടി.ഐ. , ചാക്ക എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിത തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതു ๓ അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ 15-1-2010 , 2 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന വരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ മുമ്പിൽ വച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
