Sealed tenders are invited by the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for the "Supply of Culture Bottle for Laboratory" and the items are specified below.
The tenders should be in sealed covers superscribed "Tender for the Supply of Culture Bottles for Laboratory" and addressed to the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 582 so as to reach this office on or before 1 p. m. on 14-1-2010 (Till 2 p. m.). The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4 p. m. in the presence of the available tenderers or their representatives.
SPECIFICATION
Item—Culture bottle for Laboratory (500g Autoclavable Jam Bottle)
Quantity—2500 Nos.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned may obtain tender forms and special conditions on which tenders are to be given on remittence of tender forms fee. Tender forms will be sold w.e.f. 4-1-2010 to 8-1-2010 and will be closed at 3 p. m. on 8-1-2010. Money Order addressed to the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala-695 582 will also be accepted for sale of tender forms. Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank Draft will not be accepted towards the cost of forms.
Cost of tender forms—Rs. 400 + VAT 12.5% (Rs. 450).
Sale of tender forms—From 4-1-2010 to 8-1-2010.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Tender should be sent in sealed covers superscribed as "Tender for the Supply of Culture Bottles for Laboratory" and addressed to the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, so as to reach this office on or before 2 p. m. on 14-1-2010. Telegraphic tenders will not be entertained.
2. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of rupees equivalent of cost of the quoted item or Rs. 1,000 whichever is higher in the form of crossed Demand Draft in favour of Gaz. No. 1/2010/DTP (Stores).

3. The materials supplied should be in strict conformity with the specifications given in the tender notice.
4. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes (if applicable), loading, transportation and unloading charges etc. for delivery at Biotechnology & Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, without incurring any extra cost to the department. 5. All terms and conditions governing to the purchase of stores by the Government of Kerala will apply to this tender also.
6. The payment in respect of the items supplied will be released only after the satisfactory completion of supply of all the items quoted.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders for any particular item without assigning any reason whatsoever.
8. Tenders have to be accompanied an agreement as per the format annexed executed on Kerala Stamp Paper face value of Rs. 50.
9. Successful tenderer should be execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper before supply and have to deposit a security of 5% of tendered amount which is exclusive of EMD already furnished. Security should be in the form of DD in favour of "Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala-695 582" drawn in SBT payable at SBT Pallippuram Branch.
10. The supply should be completed within 20 days of receipt of supply order. No other conditions with regard to payment put forth by firm will be considered unless it is expressly accepted by undersigned. In case of reasons beyond the control of the contractor as satisfied by the undersigned, the period of supply can be extended upto a period of 45 days beyond which deduction in payment of the cost @1% for the delay for every week or part thereof will be affected. If the supply is not effected within the prescribed time, the undersigned is at liberty to purchase equipment form alternative source at the risk and cost of defaulter and the expenditure incurred in excess as a result would be realized from defaulter.
211. The rate quoted should be firm from the date of opening of the tender and till upto 31-3-2010.
12. The material supplied should confirm to the standard mentioned in the tender and if it is found substandard, the whole payment will be withheld without any intimation. The supplier should lift the same at their own cost and should replace the same with immediate effect.
13. The exact specifications, details of make, batch number, date of manufacture, name of manufacture's service offices, salient features etc. of the items offered must be clearly specified.
14. Details of warranty/Guarantee offered should be stated in the tender. Details of after service facilities available should be indicated.
15. Even if the tenderers are using their own paper for quoting rates, they should submit duly signed original tender form in full (without removing any sheet) with remarks "rates quoted separately" in the respective page of the tender forms.
16. Documentary evidence to prove current BIS/ISI/ISO Registration if any (such as attested copies of the documents) should be furnished along with the tender.
17. Evidence of exclusive distributionship/dealership from principals Foreign/Indian shall be provided along with offers for overseas/Indian products quoted.
18. The tenderer or his/her agent should be present at the time of supply of culture bottle and should entrust the same to the officers concerned at the laboratory. The transportation, loading and unloading etc. should be met.
19. On completion of the supply at BMFC, the invoice in triplicate should be drawn in favour of the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala-695 582 for effecting payment. Separate bill should be sent for each order.
20. In case of disputes, the decision of the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Model Floriculture Centre, Kazhakuttom,Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala-695 582 shall be final.
21. In case of the date for opening the tender falls on a holiday, it will be postponed to the very next working day without any further publicity notice.
22. Violation of any rules/special conditions/directions of supply order by the contractor will be lead to rejection of his tender offer.
23. This order is placed on behalf of Government of Kerala and VAT declaration in "D" for will be issued by Purchasing Officer, wherever necessary.
24. The undersigned reserves the authority to accept or reject any or all of the offers for any particular item without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the Stores to Government College, Mananthavady.
Estimate Cost is Rs. 75,000.
The tenders should be superscribed as Supply and Installation of Sports Goods to Government College, Mananthavady-2009-10 and addressed to Principal, Government College, Mananthavady, Nallurnad P. O., Pin-670 645. Last date of recipt of tender in the college office is 3 p.m. on 15-1-2010. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 11 a. m. on 16-1-2010 in presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.
9Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government College, Mananthavady, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. The cost of tender form is Rs. 450 which is the price fixed for the form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Application for tender form through post should be accompanied by a money order remittance of Rs. 485. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form. The forms will not be sent by VPP. The last date for the sale of tender form will be 15-1-2010, 2 p. m. The tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. An agreement has to be executed in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 50 along with each ternder. The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
Successful tenderer should furnish an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and to be deposit 5% amount of total cost as security deposit. Locally assembled articles will not be accepted. Tenderers should specify the rate, quantity and brand name of the items. വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ
1. പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ കരാർ അനുസരിച്ച് ഈ ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള എറണാകുളം/പെരുമ്പാവൂർ റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസറെ ഏൽപ്പിച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠ താണ്.
2. കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആവശ്യാ നുസരണം സπൈ ചെയ്യേ≠തും 6 മാസത്തിനകം സπൈ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
3. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നി›ിത അളവിൽ സπൈ പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം ടി ദർഘാസ് റദ്ദാക്കിയതായി കണക്കാക്കു ന്നതും ടിയാന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ വീ≠ും പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
4. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ പേരിൽ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം πഡ്ജ് ചെയ്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
5. എസ്. എസ്. എെ. യൂണിറ്റുകൾ നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേ≠തില്ല. അത്തരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ അതാത് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം മാനേജരുടെ ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച യോഗ്യതാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
6. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന കവറുകളുടെ എണ്ണം ഏകദേശം മാത്രമാണ്.

9. അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരൻ അടങ്കൽ തുക യുടെ അഞ്ച് ശതമാനം (5%) സെക്യൂരിറ്റി വെച്ച് ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതായി അറിയിക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഏഴ് (7) ദിവസത്തിനകം കരാറിലേർപ്പെടണം.
10. എസ്. എസ്. എെ. യൂണിറ്റുകൾ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി അടയ്ക്കേ≠തില്ല. അത്തരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായകേന്ദ്രം മാനേജരുടെ ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച യോഗ്യതാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
11. കരാർ പ്രകാരമുള്ള സπൈ നി›ിത ദിവസത്തിനകം തൃപ്തികരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി വിടുതൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ ടാക്സ് ക്ലിയറൻസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ ഹാജരാക്കി സെക്യൂരിറ്റി മടക്കി വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്.

2. കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആവശ്യാനുസരണം സπൈ ചെയ്യേ≠തും 6 മാസത്തിനകം സπൈ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
3. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നി›ിത അളവിൽ സπൈ പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം ടി ദർഘാസ് റദ്ദാക്കിയതായി കണക്കാക്കുന്നതും ടിയാന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ വീ≠ും വിത്തുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

11. കരാർ പ്രകാരമുള്ള സπൈ നി›ിത ദിവസത്തനകം തൃപ്തികരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി വിടുതൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ ടാക്സ് ക്ലിയറൻസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ ഹാജരാക്കി സെക്യൂരിറ്റി മടക്കി വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്.

2. കരാറിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആവശ്യാനു സരണം സπൈ ചെയ്യേ≠തും 30-4-2010-നകം സπൈ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

CONDITIONS
1. The tenders should be superscribed with Tender Number and name of the store articles and addressed to the Director General of Police, State Police Headquarters, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram-695 010, Kerala. Late tenders will not be accepted.

SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. H6-61829/09. 10th December 2009.
Sealed tenders are invited with samples under two bid systems (Technical and Financial bid) for the supply of the following stores so as to reach this office on or before 12 noon on 12-1-2010.
3. Opening of Tenders:—Technical bids of the offers received with requisites EMD or Bid security with samples will be opened on 12-1-2010 at 3 p. m. in the presence of the representatives of the firms who may be present at that time. All tenders received without EMD will be rejected. The technical bids will be evaluated by a Technical Evaluation Committee and those that do not conform to the specifications will be rejected. The financial bids of the technically qualified tenderers only will be considered for opening at a later date. The date for opening of financial bids will be intimated to the concerned suppliers. Unopened financial bids of the technically disqualified bidders shall be returned to them.
4. All the tenderers who quote for the supply of above equipments are required to be ready for demonstration of equipments on 13-1-2010.
5. Intending tenderers may on application to the Director General of Police, obtain requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted or the tender forms may be downloaded from the Kerala Police website www.keralapolice.org and the tenderers who download forms should submit the required tender value as a Demand Draft along with the tender.
6. Application for tender documents should be accompanied by cash remittance or Demand Draft of the price fixed for such tender documents. This amount is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on21 12-1-2010. Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms nor will the tender forms be sent by V. P. P. However money orders (including telegraphic money orders) sent in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram-10 will be accepted. The amount should include the postage/courier charges for sending tender documents. The money order along with the request should reach Police Headquarters atleast 7 days before the closing of the sales of the tender documents enabling us to send the documents well in advance.
7. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) @1% of the quoted value should be furnished along with the tender. EMD may be submitted either in cash or crossed Bank Drafts or Treasury Savings Bank Deposits or Government Promissory Notes or Bank Guarantee or National Savings Certificates drawn in favour of Assistant Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram-10. The firms which are exempted from furnishing EMD should produce a copy of relevant authorized document for verification. Without EMD, the tenders will be rejected.
8. Intending tenderers also may include charges for installation (of technical items), training of officers and on-site support at least for 3 years as warranty and thereafter A.M.C./A.T.S. for a period of 3 years on a turn key basis at a reasonable cost (to be specified along with the quotation) in the tenders.

12. As the items are urgently required, the selected bidder will have to supply the item without loss of time preferably within a month.

14. Police Department is not liable to send any individual communication. In some cases Police Department is not responsible to return the samples after verification. The rates quoted should be valid and firm till 30-6-2010.
15. The Director General of Police is empowered to reject any tender without assigning any reason.

The Inspector General of Registration, Department of Registration on behalf of the Governor of Kerala, invites sealed tenders for Supply, Installation of Digital Cameras, Fake currency detectors and 2KVA Voltage Stabilizers for Various offices under the control of the Department. The Indian companies registered to manufacture the tendered items in India or duly authorized by the companies having valid type approval for the tendered items and have executed commercial orders are eligible to participate in the tender.
The tender documents can be had from the Office of the Inspector General of Registration, Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram from 21-12-2009 till 12 noon on 11-1-2010 on payment of requisite fee towards cost of tender forms.

The tender shall be submitted separately for each item in a sealed envelope superscribed with name of item quoted for and addressed to the Inspector General of Registration, Vanchiyoor P. 1. Intending tenderers may submit their application to the Inspector General of Registration, to obtain requisite tender forms in which tenders should be submitted.
