Tenders , sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of consumables of Mechanical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur .
Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D3 /163/2009-10 for the supply of consumables for Mechanical Engineering Department and addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College , Thrissur , Kerala. The last date for the receipt of tender is 15-1-2010, 2 р . opened at 11 a . m . on 16-1-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . ris m. The tenders will be tender Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite form from the Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur cash remittance of Rs . 563 the price fixed for the requisite tender form . Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs . 282 per copy . Tender forms are not transtransferable . The sale ofof tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 15-1-2010 .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted cither in cash or by Money Order Rs . 563 + Postal Charges . No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts willbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The forms will not be sent by Value Payable Post .
