NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of
Section 5 of the Standards of Weights and Measures
(Enforcement) Act, 1985, the Controller of Legal Metrology,
Kerala hereby defines the local limits of the persons appointed
under sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the said Act to exercise
his powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on
him by or under this Act and Standard Act, 1976 within the
area mentioned against their names in column (3) in addition
to their original jurisdiction in column (2) of the Schedule
from the date of assumption of charge until further notification.
