TENDER NOTICE

No. WA3/COE/539/2009. 18th December 2009.

Sealed competitive tender is invited for the

construction of building at ITI for Women, Kannur.

Particulars—Construction of 3 Class Rooms,

1 Library Hall & 3 Workshop Halls.

Cost of tender form:

Original—Rs. 7,300 + VAT 12.5%.

Duplicate—Rs. 3,700 + VAT 12.5%.

Last date and time of sale of tender form—

20-1-2010, 3 p.m.

The cost of tender forms will be accepted only by cash or Money Order. Sealed tenders should be superscribed with tender number and date and addressed to "The Secretary, Institute Management Committee, Kannur and the Principal, ITI for Women, Kannur, Thottada, Kannur-7, Kerala State". Late tenders will not be accepted. 2.5 percent of the total cost maximum Rs. 50,000 quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit. Tender in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only), otherwise the tender will not be considered. Validity period of price quoted should be three months from the date of opening of tenders, otherwise tenders will be rejected. Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala, if required by remitting Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventy five only) separately by Money Order. Tender forms are not transferable.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :

ഒറിജിനൽ —രൂപ 7,300 + വാറ്റ് 12.5%.

ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ്—രൂപ 3,700 + വാറ്റ് 12.5%.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽപ്പനയുടെ അവസാന തീയതിയും

സമയവും— 20-1-2010, 3 മണി.

മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന

തീയതിയും സമയവും—21-1-2010, 3 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും— 22-1-2010,

11 മണി.

വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 2.5 ശതമാനം പരമാവധി 50,000 രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അമ്പതു രൂപ) വിലയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വരെ വിലനിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ (എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ) പ്രത്യേകം മണിഓർഡറായി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് എസ്. എസ്. എെ. രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിലയുടെ 25% മാത്രം നൽകിയാൽ മതിയാകും.
