കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ കൃഷി ഫാം, അഞ്ചൽ, സൂപ്ര≠് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ 2009-10 പദ്ധതിയിൽ അഞ്ചൽ ജില്ലാ കൃഷി ഫാമിൽ വിവിധയിനം നടീൽ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഉൽപാദനത്തിനായി താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ സπൈ ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുപുറത്ത് 2009-10 വർഷത്തിൽ ഏതു സാധനമാണ് സπൈ ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആ സാധനത്തിന്റെ പേര് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 13-1-2010, 1 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 13-1-2010, 2.30 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും (അന്ന് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം) അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണി മുതൽ ക്രമാനുസരണം അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ളവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

1. ദർഘാസുകൾ സൂപ്ര≠്, ജില്ലാ കൃഷിഫാം, അഞ്ചൽ, കോട്ടുക്കൽ പി.ഒ. എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

2. പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ വശങ്ങളിൽ മടക്കോടു കൂടിയതും (ഫോൾഡിംഗ്) ര≠് പുറങ്ങളിലുമായി 16 ഹോളുകൾ ഉള്ളതുമായിരിക്കണം.

3. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിരക്ക് നികുതി/ഡ്യൂട്ടി ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം.

4. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന സമ്മതപത്രം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ 50 രൂപാ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്.

5. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിലെ നിരക്കുകൾ 31-3-2010 വരെ പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

6. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചശേഷം പിൻവാങ്ങിയാൽ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേയ്ക്ക് മുതൽകൂട്ടുന്നതും സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽനിന്നും നിയമപ്രകാരം ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

7. പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ അളവു കൂട്ടുന്നതിനും കുറയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും ദർഘാസ് കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

8. ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് സാധനസാമഗ്രികൾ എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠തും സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തിയശേഷം മാത്രമേ ഫാമിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

9. സാധനങ്ങൾ പൂർണ്ണമായും നൽകിയതിനുശേഷമേ വില നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. കരാറിനു വിരുദ്ധമായി സാധനങ്ങൾ പൂർണ്ണമായും നൽകാതെ വന്നാൽ അതുമൂലം സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം കരാറുകാരനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

10. ഓരോ സാധനത്തെയും സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള വിശദമായ വിവരങ്ങളും ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ടറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ പൊതു നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

2. Tenderers should submit a crossed demand draft for 1% of the quoted amount drawn in favour of Chief Veterinary Officer, District Veterinary Centre, Pathanamthitta along with the tender as Earnest Money Depost.

3. The rate quoted should be for the delivery at the destination, ie. to the campus of District Veterinary Centre, Pathanamthitta. The rates should include all taxes, delivery, forwarding and installation charges.

4. Ex go-down rate and free on rail despatch at stations offerd by firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be rejected.

5. The firm who are not original manufacturers should produce the authorization certificate by the manufacturer.

6. Sufficient brochures and technical write ups of the quoted item should be provided along with the tender.

7. A minimum of one year guarantee should be there for the tendered item.

8. Tenderers should submit a priliminary agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 along with the tender. In the absence of such agreement, tender will be rejected.

9. Annual maintenance contract for 5 years should be there with the company.

10. Supply of the items should be effected within 10 days on receipt of supply order. No extension of time will be allowed.

11. A minimum of three demonstration should be done by the firm's authorized technical hands after installation.

12. The Earnest Money Deposit furnished by the firms as demand draft will be released after satisfactory completion of contracts and tenderers should collect the same from this office.

13. Payments will be made within 15 days from the date of acceptance of the item by the Chief Veterinary Officer, District Veterinary Centre, Pathanamthitta after satisfactory installation and demonstration of the item.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Coolers to Government College, Malappuram for Rs. 40,000 under Plan Scheme. The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Water Cooler under Plan Scheme during 2009-10" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Munduparamba P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of receipt of tender is at 1 p. m. on 20-1-2010. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p. m. on the same day. The Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will be accepted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance Rs. 338 (Rupees Three hundred and thirty eight only) including VAT. Rate of duplicate tender form is Rupees 169 (Rupees One hundred and sixty nine only) including VAT, which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12.30 p. m. on 20-1-2010. Cheques, Drafts and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V. P. P. Those who require tender form by registered post should sent the cost of tender form Rs. 375 (Rupees Three hundred and seventy five only) including postal charges for registered post by money order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. The article should be supplied within 10 days on receipt of the Purchase Order in the College at your expenses.

The period of firmness of rate quoted will be upto 31-3-2010. The rates quoted should be including all kind of taxes.

The tenders should be accompined by an EMD 1% (One percent) of the quoted value in the form of Demand draft in favour of the Principal. The minimum EMD should be Rs. 30 (Rupees Thirty only). Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. More details can be had from the college office during the working days.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender at any time without further notice.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-1-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെയാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് മേൽക്കാണിച്ച വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠ താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ 338 രൂപ മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
