The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No. 46/2007/ SC/ST/DD dated 25-8-2007 & G.O.(P) No. 4/2008/SC/ST/DD dated 3-1-2008 shall produce the same along with the other documents as and when called for. Application for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Application for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org. or photocopied there from. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extend necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists. The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

The candidates who have secured 69 (Sixty-nine) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List (General Recruitment). The requisite marks have been lowered to the extend necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O. (P) No. 117/2008/ SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above or as and when called for. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR valuation) held on 30-6-2007 for selection to the post of Watchman/Night Watchman (Ex- servicemen only) on Rs. 2,610–3,680 (PR) in the Port Department (Category No. 101/06) in Kollam District arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 28-4-2009. The ranked list will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be re-checked if the candidates apply for re-checking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051—PSC—105—State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. Application for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various Offices32 (1) (2) (3) (4) of the Commission or its photo copy or downloaded and printed in A4 Size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The application for re-checking in the prescribed form along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The candidate can avail only one chance after the publication of the Ranked List. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 14-3-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till a candidate is advised and appointed against the NCA vacancy earmarked for Muslim Community, but remains unfilled due to the paucity of the candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 24-6-2006 for the above post.

കുറിപ്പ് —1. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരു കൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയ്ക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

9. മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും അർഹത : മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും അർഹതയു≠െ ങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതി നുളള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ശരിപ കർപ്പും.

The following is the Short list containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of High School Assistant (Natural Science) Malayalam Medium in Education Department on Rs. 8390-13270 in Malappuram District (Category No. 68/ 2007) (Direct Recruitment) and Category No. 69/2007 (Recruitment by Transfer) on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 11-10-2007. List of PH candidates for appointment against 3% earmarked vacancies vide G.O.(P) No. 11/2009/SWD dated 10-2-2009 is appended as List III held on 2-9-2006.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the Written Test.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List are required to produe Non- Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No. 117/2008/SC/ ST./DD dated 19-12-2008 and SC/ST candidates shall produce Community Certificate issued by the Tahsildar for the specific purpose along with the other documents mentioned above. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/44

Community Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates if otherwise eligible. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of SC/ST and Other Backward Classes, their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produe the Community Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.

The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. The answer scripts will be re-checked only after the publication of the Ranked List if the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by chalan under the head of account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 examination fee". Application for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commissions website www. keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for re- checking. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

Candidates whose register numbers are included or not included in the Short List and Ranked List can apply for re-checking of their answer scripts within one month from the date of publication of Ranked List.

Valid applications for re-checking addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which the notification of Ranked List is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing orignial chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

കുറിപ്പ് 1:— അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തിയി ട്ടില്ല. തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പ രുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയ്ക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

2. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുളള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്ക് മുമ്പായി 'സി' കൂടി ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ് 1:— അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരു കൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു 5. സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ജാതി തെളിയിക്കുന്ന തിന് തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. 6. വിമു‡ഭട∑ാരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവർക്കാ യുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന തിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജ രാക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്പോർട്ട്സ് ആനുകൂല്യം അവ കാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവ തെളിയി ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

7. സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്കായുള്ള അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോ ധന 24-3-2009-ന് രാവിലെ 9 മണിക്ക് കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ പി. എസ്. സി. ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് നടത്തു ന്നതാണ്. ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളും അവയുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പുകളുമായി സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

8. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കട ലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
