NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 16th December 2009.
In excercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (5)
of rule 11 of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of
Kerala hereby appoint Sri. K. Ravikumaran,
Joint Secretary, Law Department who is also the
Competent Authority under sub rule (1) of rule 4 of the
Notaries Rules, 1956, as the officer to inspect the registers
of notaries in the State of Kerala.
