Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the following repair works in Medical College Chest Hospital, Mulamkunnathukavu, Thrissur. Details regarding the procedure and inspection of instruments can be made during office hours an all working days.

Name of work—Repair and painting of Iron cots, Wheel chairs, Stretcher trolley and Related instruments in Medical College Chest Hospital, Mulamkunnathukavu.

Estimated cost—Rs. 2,00,000 (Rs. Two Lakh only).

Earnest money deposit—1% of the total amount.

Cost of tender form:

Original—Rs. 400 + VAT.

Duplicate—Rs. 200 + VAT.

Last date and time for receiving tender form—

8-2-2010, 2 p.m.

Date and time on which tender forms will be opened—8-2-2010, 2.30 p.m.

The cost of tender forms has to be remitted in the office of the undersigned. Details regarding the mode of work, span for completion terms of contrahent has to be submitted along with tenders and if obtuse will be re- jected. An agreement in Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) worth stamp paper has to be executed before commencing the work. The Hospital Development Society, Medical College Chest Hospital, Mulamkunnathukavu will make the pay- ments on completion of the work from HDS funds. The Superintendent, Medical College Chest Hospital, Mulamkunnathukavu holds the right to defer or to reject tenders.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര്— മുളംകുന്നത്തുകാവ് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് നെഞ്ചുരോഗാശുപത്രിയിലെ കേടുവന്ന ഇരുമ്പ് കട്ടിൽ, വീൽചെയർ, സ ്ട്രെച്ചർ ട്രോളി, അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നന്നാക്കി പെയിന്റടിക്കൽ.

അടങ്കൽ തുക—രൂപ 2,00,000 (ര≠ു ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രം).

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1%.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :

ഒറിജിനൽ —രൂപ 400 + വാറ്റ്.

ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ്—രൂപ 200 + വാറ്റ്.

Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from Government approved institution for the supply of Ex-servicemen Security Guards for a period of 1 year.

Option:—1. Fully Ex-servicemen Security Guards.

2. 50% Ex-servicemen Security and 50% trained civilian guards.

3. Fully trained civilian guards.

Date up to which rates are to be firms—1 year from the conformed work order.
