The date of issue of tender documents is from 28-1-2010 to 1-2-2010 for Sl . Nos . 1 to 6 and. 1-2-2010 to 4-2-2010 upto 1 p.m. for Sl . Nos . 7 to 12 . Last date of receipt of tender is on 8-2-2010 for Sl . Nos . 1 to 6 and 11-2-2010 upto 4 p.m. for Sl . Nos . 7 to 12 .

The Technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the same days . If it falls as a holiday , the next working day will be taken into account . The Contractor having 'A' Class Registration in PWD/ Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed atleast one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40 % of the estimate cost of above works within 5 years . The documents in proof of this shall be produced along with the application for tender E.M.D. and PreliminaryPreliminary Agreement should be enclosed within the technical bid . All other conditions prevailing in P. W. D. regarding pre-qualification bids and tenders are laid down in G.O. (P) No. 84/97/PW & T dated 19-8-1997will be applicable to this tender also . Concession which are allowed to the Kerala State Construction Corporation. and Labour Contract Co- operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable to this tender also .
