Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Chemicals & Glass wares to the Department of Zoology, Maharaja's College , Ernakulam during 2009-10 under CDC Fund .
executing agreement will be sent on their request along with an additional payment of Rs . 50 . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2p.m. on 30-1-2010 . Cheques, Postal Orders, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at Rs . 225 (Rs . 200+ 25 VAT) per copy . The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. XVI/2009-10 supplyoply of Chemicals & Glass Wares to Zoology Department under CDC fund' and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 30-1-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Late tenders will not be accepted . Estimate Cost is Rs . 60,000 . (Rupees Sixty thousand only) .
വിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ XVI / 2009-10 സുവോളജി വകുപ്പിൽ കെമിക്കലുകളും ഗ്ലാസ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും സ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് എന്ന" ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിന് മുകളിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മഹാരാജമഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് , എറണാകുളം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 2010 ജനുവരി മാസം 30-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിവരെ വിൽക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണി വരെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തു തുറക്കുന്ന m" . മുദ്രവയ്ക്കാത്തതുമായ Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam , Kochi - 11 obtain the requisite tender forms (before 2 p.m. on all working days . ) on which tenders should be submitted . നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. സംസ്ഥാന സ്‌റേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ അവർ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യനിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തത സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ തുക എത്രയെന്ന നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പേജിൽ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്ഥിര നിക്ഷേപ രസീത്/ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് എന്നിവയായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് എസ് , ബി , ററി . , വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം .
2. സാമഗ്രികൾ കോളേജിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട (സ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ട)താണ് കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലി കടത്തുകൂലി എന്നിവ വിതരണക്കാരൻ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
