TENDER NOTICE
No , 15 /2009/HDC/ DCC .
3rd December 2009 .
Sealed and superscribed tenders in the prescribed form are invited for the supply of Fully Automatic Washing Machine for the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery , Dental College , Calicut . Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Secretary , Hospital Development Committee , Dental College, Kozhikode direct on payment of Rs . 338 and by Registered Post on payment of Rs . 388 by Money Order . Tender forms should be superscribed as " No. 15/09 /HDC/ DCG " and addressed to the Secretary, Hospital Development Committee , Dental College , Kozhikode , Kerala- 673 008. The last date and time for receipt of tenders is 4 p.m. on 24-2-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 25-2-2010 in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . Tender forms are not transferable under any circumstances . Sale of tender torms by post will be closed on 16-2-2010 at 3 p.m. Cheque , Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by VPP . Duplicate copy of tender form can be had on payment of Rs . 169 .

IMPORTANT
The tenderers should sent along with the tenders an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) and an EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for . Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected outright. Specimen agreement is annexed to the prescribed tender form . Stamp paper will be supplied to firms outside Kerala on request along with a remittance of Rs. 90 (Rupces fifty towards the cost of Stamp Paper and Rs . 40 as incidental charges ) by Money Order . Brand name of the item quoted should be mentioned.
