Competitive tenders in sealed cover superscribing "Tender No. 5/ 2009-10-Supply of 18 Numbers Binoculars for marine observations " are invited for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from reputed manufacturers/ authorised dealers . so as to reach the undersigned on or before 1 p.m. on 30-1-2010 . Tenders will be opened at 3p.m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are present at that time .
P.A.C. Rs . 6,70,000 . E.M.D. Rs . 6,700 .
Cost of tender form ( Including tax) :
Original Rs . 1,463 .
Duplicate Rs . 900 .
The tender forms and other particulars can be had from Mr. Shaji , Chief Mechanical Engineer , Director of Ports , New Corporation Building , 5th Floor, LMS Jn. , Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram-33 during office hours from 30-12-2009 to 30-1-2010 on application in writing and on payment of the value of the documents (non-refundable) either in cash or money order . Tender form wu not be send by VPP/ Registered Post . Cheques will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The EMD should be submitted by DD drawn in favour of "Director of Ports " payable at Thiruvanantha- puram. For sending the tender by ordinary post , the postage charge @ Rs.50 willbe charged extra .
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders received without assigning any reason thereof.
