are invited Tenders , sealed with sealing wax , for the supply of equipments of Chemical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur .
and Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D2-166/2009-10 for the supply ofof equipments for Chemical Engneering Department addressed to the Pri the Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur , Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 29-1-2010 , in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form from the Principal , Government Engineering College , Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 1,013 the price fixed for requisite tender form. Duplicate form if required will be issued Rs . 507 Tender forms are not per copy. transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 29-1-2010 . at
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or by Money Order Rs . 1,013+ Postal Charges . No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be send by V.P.P.
The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders . No advance payments will be given. Tenders without E.M.D. will not be accepted.

Tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. D3/ 190/2009-10 " for the supply of equipments for this Institution and addressed to the Principal, Government Engineering College , Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt the tender is 29-1-2010 , 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 30-1-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. of Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms from the Principal , Government Engineering College , Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 450 the price fixed tor requisite tender form. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy . Tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 29-1-2010 .

Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of Tachometers and stop watches for the use of Heat Engine & Refrigeration lab of Mechanical Engineering Department in Government Engineering College , West Hill P.O. , Kozhikode 673 005 .
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1-9/2009-10 due on 29-1-2010 at 3 p . m . and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 29-1-2010 at 3 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m . on 30-1-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Total cost of items will be Rs . 99,000 , Intending tenderers may, on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m . on 28-1-2010 , Drafts , Cheques , Postage Stamps eto . will not be accepted towards the cost of forms , nor will the form be sent as per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 225 including VAT per copy .
As per tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed. and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and an E.M.D. of 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement and E.M.D. will be rejected.
Those who want the tender formby post should send Rs . 500 for original and Rs . 275 for duplicate including VATby Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs . 75 along with the cost of tender forms .
