NOTICE TO ALL CONCERNED WITH REGARD TO THE INSTITUTION OF THE ABOVE SUCCESSION O. P.
Whereas the petitioners above mentioned has instituted the above Succession O. P. before the Honourable Munsiff Court, Aluva for the issuance of a Succession Certificate in the name of the Ist Petitioner, with regard to the debts and securities owned by late Sunil Kumar, T. S. and the above Succession O. P. is posted on 5-3-2010 for objection and hearing. Please take notice that anybody who has got objection in the above said matter shall appear on and shall put in their objections or else that matter will be proceeded therewith.
